I found a problem requesting "woods view" (my favorite). They seemed to think that those rooms included the ones facing the road with woods beyond. Not what I had in mind! Finally, I took a map of BCV and listed all the [whatever size] villas facing the true woods view (and the top of the Eiffel Tower beyond and requested "one of the following rooms", not caring about the floor. After that, they always fulfilled my request.
