I have reservations at the Dolphin (CL), but am stressing cause there is no way to guarantee views. May sound crazy, but having a bad room location, can really ruin a trip for me. Does anyone know if I have a better chance of good view at the SWAN? Some of said that the CL rooms are high enough up, that there arent too many bad views. But now, that the SWAN has been renovated, maybe it might be worth it to switch.

I stayed at the Dolphin and loved it. The lobby is much more appealing to me and also the 24 hour store/drink refill is at the Dolphin and laundry too. Its not like they are far apart, but if you want something in the middle of the night I just prefer to hop on the elevator and get it. As far as the view we had a standard room and we had the best view of any Dis vacation we have been on. We faced the Epcot Counties, MGM TOT, Boardwalk Hotel and the boat dock. It was awsome. We could see Illuminations, Fantasmic, PLeasure Island Lights. And it was so close. We stayed at the Poly the las t time we went and the castle seemed so far away. I mean you could see it, but barely. The view from the Dolphin felt like we were sleeping in the parks. I think either way you'll be happy. It is my favorite location. The boardwalk is so much fun and I love walking to everything. We walked to Epcot on many occasions and ate out on the boardwalk. Its really a great spot. Have fun!!!!
