From WDW:
Princess and the Frog is one of my favorite movies.
I lost a lot of weight in the past two years, and Naveen was one of the two princes I hadn't seen since then and I really badly wanted a new picture. So I was beyond excited when I saw he was meeting with Tiana in the evenings.
On my first MK day it was raining on and off and it looked like they may not be coming out in the evening. That made me really anxious. I had also done a custom "real girls love frogs" shirt with that saying and a picture of frog Naveen on the front and "surreal girls prefer alligators" with a picture of Louis on the back.
Thankfully they did come out after all after a delay.
I draw and because I wanted them to sign something really special drawing of the final “wedding scene” where Naveen introduces Tiana to his parents. It took me days, but I managed to get it just right.
I got it so “just right” that Tiana was convinced I was an animator who has worked on their movie.

It wasn't quite easy to convince her that I was not, especially because meanwhile Naveen had caught onto the shirt. He kept going on where I bought it and just wouldn't believe that I had come up with the design. He even insisted on a solo photo with me.
The CM with them realized there was something on the backside of the shirt too and makde me show it. Tiana started laughing and asked: “Who do you prefer?” Well you got to the Frog first, unless you’re up to sharing…

But no, I was nice and told her I was happy with keeping the alligator.
After they finally believed that I am from Germany and don't work for Disney both started asking me about German phrases, differences between “good morning” and “good night” and stuff like that.
Finally Naveen asked: “How do you say most handsome, charming (insert list of compliments as long as my arm) prince in German?” I smiled sweetly and told him: “That’s easy, that’s the same word in any language. It is Naveen.” Everyone in earshot burst out laughing. Tiana giggled and started yelling: “She got you! She got you really good!”
Not that I had any intention to get him... I mean, what's a girl to say?
From DLR:
1) I've been going to DLR for Halloween for a couple of years in a row with a good friend of mine. Halloween is nowhere as big in Germany as it is in the US. One year we decided to be different and came to check out the Christmas season, so came later than normal.
I really like Tink too, so we were quite frequent visitors at Pixie Hollow there. The first time we were in line at the Christmas trip she spotted me and went: "Oh there you are. I was so worried that something may have happened to you on the way from Germany when you were not around for Halloween. You need a lot of Pixie Dust for that flight."
2) Rapunzel and Flynn, back from when Rapunzel was meeting at the Tower. We had tried a really long time to catch Flynn, but were never lucky. Finally he was there. I asked my friend (in German, and I really thought I was whispering) if she thought Rapunzel would mind if I asked her to step aside and have a picture only with Flynn.
So it was our turn and before I could say anything Flynn turned to Rapunzel and told her: "Move over blondie, this young lady came all the way from Germany to take a picture with me." I don't know what look I had on my face, but it must have been priceless because my friend (she's normally very shy) burst out laughing.
To the day I have no idea how he caught onto that.
I had him sign a drawing too and he kept holding it to the different walls and looking for the best spot saying it was so much better than Rapunzel's artwork. All poor Rapunzel could do was stand in a corner and be mad at him.
From Paris:
Years ago they had a stage in the Hub in front of the castle which was on occasion used for shows. One of these shows was for the New Generation Festival. If you were lucky afterwards the characters would come down and sign if you were standing in the right area.
I was really, really badly trying to get a drawing signed of Remy and Emile from Ratatouille. I caught Remy "backstage" at a parade, but not Emile.
On the third show at the stage I was finally lucky and was at the right area to try and get them to sign after the show. Who came out first? Tiana and Naveen. They signed their drawings and then spotted the rats' drawings. They were both "oh my god, that's so cute!" So Tiana ran off to grab... Remy. She pulled him back to me, shows him the drawing and I have to go "umm... thank you but Remy already signed, I need Emile." So Naveen ran off and got me Emile while Remy was making a show out of telling off Tiana for not recognizing him.
