Now I know after you read this you're probably going to think, "Geesh, she's one mean lady", but here goes anyway.

Yesterday was DH's birthday. On Sunday, I gave him the choice of several different restaurants and said I'd like to take him to one of them. After a long silence (I'm thinking he's trying to decide which one to choose) he announced that her doesn't want to go to any of them. That's ok. I say oh did you have somewhere else in mind? He says NO! I'm too old for birthdays. I'm old and it's just another day. (picture steam coming out of my ears). I simply answered fine.

Here's the mean part. Yesterday he leaves for work, I kiss him goodbye and never say happy birthday. I don't give him his card, I don't give him his gifts and dinner consisted of BLT's because it was too hot to cook anything else. I know it was mean spirited of me and I do feel guily, but he got what he wished for. As a result he was cranky all night and went to bed at 8:30.

OK give me my lashes.

Happy Birthday to your old fart DH!!!;)

Thanks, shep. This was acually destined for the CB and I forgot where I was . I've asked CC to move it for me.
