Hey ya'll.
Life is quiet today. I'm taking my time cleaning. Life has been so hectic the last few months. It feels good to move at my own pace.

....MY YOUNGEST DS WAS SICK IN BED ON TUESDAY! He slept for 13 hours and his one eye was all red.....I kept feeling like my chest was hurting and now I have no voice....

Oh no! I hope y'all feel better soon!

....well, turns out there's an upside....I've added a THIRD installment to my TR....so you see, there IS a silver lining!

Woohoo! (But sorry you're ill.)

I'll see your cookies and Krispy Kreme for breakfast and raise you a bowl of trifle. (I had so much leftover trifle that I was compelled to eat it for breakfast!!! )

I didn't make trifle for Christmas this year. I know yours was delicious! And the lebkuchen is late, but will get made.

....I have to keep clearing my throat (I was sneezing yesterday) and my chest feels a bit heavy. But I don't have a fever or anything - just no voice....

I hope you're feeling better soon! I'm a tea drinker and find that a nice cup of hot tea helps me feel a little better when congested. Maybe it would help you?

Well, it took me a while but I finally got to the your last update! I loved your description of the Harry Potter area in US. We had a blast when we visited there, but there were so many people and DH and DB were walking so fast that I didn't get many pictures taken.

MO'NIN y'all! Off to work at the ski area shortly (not sure who in their right mind wants to ski this weekend; it's been too warm to make snow and the slopes are just all ice. Yuck.). This morning it was pouring rain, too. Anyway, I get a pretty easy 6-hr. shift in the cafe!

Then.....I get the WHOLE. WEEK. OFF.



I am so excited to be HOME and have time to myself and with my kids!!!!!! Going to enjoy it fully, won't have time off (other than an odd day here and there) again til the May trip!
