BCD D454300 = Wendie's Budget code available to all as PPs have said.

MUGZ029 = Costco Coupon for $30 off to be applied at time of rental.

With or without coupon, the same rate comes up - which is still the best I've found out there. I am wondering if Budget will honor the $30 coupon off too - I am a Costco member, so I can use the coupon code worry free. The fine print says you can't use an upgrade coupon, but I'm not reading a $$$ off coupon. I'm going to call a few times and see what answers I'm given.
