AUGUST Exercise Challenge

50 minutes of slow walking (still recovering from my leg injury so I don't want to go too fast) gives me 945/1500.
 
Wednesday, Aug. 22

Swimming laps: 40 minutes
Water aerobics: 20 minutes

TOTAL: 1095/1400
 

After 3 days off, I was able to get in 2 workouts today. I did 3 miles (47mins) this morning & 4 miles (55 mins) this evening. This brings my August total to 84/110 miles (1152 mins).

New total - 740/1000! I'm so close to 75% I can't wait until tomorrow.
 
30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes of arm weights...

805/800! I made my goal!!!! :jumping1:

I didn't know if I could keep up the walking every day so I shot low...wait until September. My goal will be higher!

So, I think this post should say your new total is 1275, right? :woohoo:
100 minutes today 1165/1300.

I only got in 10 minutes yesterday. I am really hoping for some serious workout time this weekend, squeezed in among all the other commitments.

My new total is 1140/1300
 
Another 40 minutes for me today bringing my new total to 780/1000!
