I'm at 405/1100 as of this morning's 25 minute wog!

I am at 190/500.

Not the best, but I just can't seem to get my rear in gear!
 
I wasn't going to post and just wait until I completed tomorrow's workout BUT then I realized that my 30 minutes got me to 500 so what the heck - post today and tomorrow too!

well i had thought of skipping out today (didn't get a workout in yesterday, took DD to state fair for her jr. dog show) but talking with Mom last night she mentioned she was 1/2 way and i was like whoa.......i'm pretty far from 1/2 way and the month is nearly 1/2 over! SO! i did my Denise Austin workout this morning for 40 mins bringing me to 580/1500. still not 1/2 way but closer!
 
Great job everyone! I am still holding where I was (meaning no work outs lately) but we are going to WDW this weekend so lots of walking planned!
 
I'm at 565/1200 this a.m. and OFF to our CRUISE tomorrow a.m.!! Will report back in 8/21!!!

got in a 6 mile powerwalk for 90 min then did a stretch show for 20 mins for 110 mins today! yeehaw! brings me to 690/1500
 
50 minutes jogging/walking this morning while DD was at soccer practice. So that puts me at 400/1000.

Felt good to get out after the last few days of no exercise due to being sick.

I'm addicted to running! :sunny:
 
I am still at 45/500. I have fighting sickness all week along with DH and we both haven't been sleeping much either. I just haven't had the energy. I am hoping to get back to it on Monday, but not sure that I'll make goal for the month. An incentive for pushing harder when I get back to it.

Way to go everyone on the minutes you are putting in. Keep up the great work.
 
Friday - tmill - 4 miles - 60 minutes
Saturday - 4 miles- 60 minutes - walked outdoors - wanted to get more miles in but it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy to humid for me to do more - so I will just go with it :goodvibes

I'm at the halfway point! I'd like to say that I'm back on track, too, but I don't feel like I am. That's because I'm not sticking to my wogging program very well. Most of my exercise has been swimming or walking without the jogging that i had started to do last month. Hopefully when the weather finally cools off I will be able to pick up the pace. In the meantime, we will be starting to move soon. I'm sure I will get a workout doing that!
