Tuesday I did 45 minutes of tmilling and stretching

This morning 60 minutes of tmilling and stretching

Gets me to (470/1000)
 
I havent been posting my time but I have walked 900 of those 1000 mins
Planning on getting the other 100 today.

I am at 180/750. Alright, who stole my Mickey Mouse smilie?
 
I am now at 45/500. I have a long ways to go, but am going to be working extra hard the rest of the month. I started off really slow, but am now motivated to get back to it.
 

I am off to a horrible start. I've been sick for the last week and hope to step it up a bit starting today.

93/500.
 
I am not doing so great, either, but only out of sheer laziness (and a migraine for 3 days). I am now at 255/1000. Really have to step this up if I am going to meet my goal for the month (of course 2 1/2 days of walking at WDW next weekend will help some!)
 
this morning I did 3 fitTv shows - body sculpting, yoga and stretching. totalling 65 mins bringing me to 540/1500

Feel like I'm exercising a lot but it isn't adding up like I want it to!
240/1000 as of this morning!

Yesterday I did another 75 minutes. That now puts me at 620/1000.

Despite the heat and humidity-I did 30 minutes today of walking. Not a lot, but its a start. Hopefully this will be the jump-start I need.

I did 31 minutes today (counted it as 30, even though the last 1 minute, which was jogging, was the hardest!). Walked 5 minutes, then jogged 1, walked 4 through 31 minutes for 6 minutes of jogging total and 25 minutes walking for total of 1.98 miles!

I am now at 285/100. But at least they are really hard fought minutes! ;)
