Susan--
I'm not totally sure about the whole copyright thing. I was just looking up things on the U.S. Copyright and U.S. Trademark websites.
They state that the Disney Magic graphic logo is under copyright by Walt Disney Enterprises.
I don't think that "magic" would be a problem because, as many have said, you can't copyright that. "Disney Magic" as it's done on the side of the ship is the graphic logo I believe the copyright is referring to. If that is the case, then it couldn't be used in part or in whole without permission from Disney.
As I said, I don't really know for sure I was just thinking about Marsha's experience with the lanyard company.
If what others have said is true, that Disney watches these boards, I was just thinking that it might run into a problem. Perhaps your contacts within the company would be able to OK it?
And, I've just heard and read of stories where Disney has really gone after people and companies for infringing on their properties.
