We moved to the south a little over a year ago and house already had a termite bond. I'm honestly not positive in all they do, but I do know they have the little bait things in the ground around the house.

When we bought our first Florida home in 21 (built in 20), they were doing chemical. We just had a home built and they're using bait stations now.

We have maintained the termite bond since purchasing the home, they use the non bait station chemical. We have had the home retreated twice.
