How come some people get points and post deleted for saying something semi-inappropriate on a thread, then someone comes later and says the same exact thing and doesn't get their post deleted?

Maybe the mods didn't see it.

Alex is the one who does all the heavy lifting and bears the brunt of the work on the upgrades. The rest of us just wait and offer moral support. Kind of like Alex in is labor, and we're just the family in the waiting room.

Do you know the Disname of the person who has the most Posts?

Right now it appears to be "David Letterman" with over 700,000. I'm suspecting a Post Count Fairy might have been tampering with that a bit.
