Sure - I can't promise that it will be pretty, but I could definitely make him some kind of a black jacket for the occasion... After all, he needs to be dressed up too in order to comply with the dress code!!

We've taken a zillion pictures of our food at WDW restaurants, and hubby makes a HUGE production of it - he's always moving stuff around to find better light, holding up sheets of white paper behind it - nothing will stop him in his pursuit of the perfect photo!

Generally, I just avoid eye contact with my fellow diners during this process

Woot! I'm glad you got the Chef's Table, even though it's a day early!
I hope you can get the actual anniversary, but having it the day prior is
still a success, as far as I'm concerned!

The funniest thing is that when you go to check in, it is always good to
be a little early. Hang out in Mizner's lounge first if you arrive earlier than
15 minutes before.

When five of us went to do this a few years ago (my second time at
Chef's Table), there was a couple who sniffed around hoping that we
wouldn't show up. I guess they were hoping to snag our
ressie if we didn't show up.

And if you don't get the wine pairings, imagine me sending you a
long-distance smack upside your head!

Tinkamom - that recipe is on another forum right now. I will ask my lovey-hubby to get his hands on it for me and then I'd be happy to share. I don't think it's exactly the one from Rose & Crown, but it looks very similar.

Jennib5426 - thanks for reading! It's great to connect with another Andy Gibb Guavaberry Girl!! Now there are two of us!! As for the guavaberry...I'm dying to get back to St. Martin to pick up some more of that stuff - the other coladas just don't measure up.

PS. Warren Brown was the nicest person - just as laid back and approachable in the real world as he seems on the show. He used to be a teacher - it really shows in the way he led the demonstrations (I think it shows on his show, too).
