Hello,
I've begun to make travel plans for a quick 2 night WDW trip in May. This time, I'm very interested in booking a Ft. Wilderness cabin. I've done a few searches, but basically. . .I'm a bit confused. :confused3 The AAA rate for a cabin in May is $260 + tax per night. Does anyone know what the AP rate is? I can't seem to find it. Also, is it really worth $260 per night? I'd looove to stay there, but that price is a bit steep for my budget. Thanks so much :goodvibes

The May AP rates have not been released yet. I would quess that they will be released in late March. I always book a room only rack rate as soon as I know when we want to go. I then watch the boards for the release of the AP rates and call as soon as it is out and have it applied. You can cancel up until the last week and get your deposit back if you cannot get a discount. Since you have AAA I would book with their rate which can be changed if the AP is better.

for feb 13 til the 17 I''m paying an ap rate of 169 a night.

I paid $169 plus tax too and we leave tomorrow!!!!! 2/7 - 2/17
I need some warmth. :yay:

We just got back from a week in a cabin and also had the AP rate of $169.00. It was very worth that price!! :) We all really enjoyed FW and definetly plan to go back again. :)
