Anyone seen anything strange?

One of the other stores I worked in I never saw anything but it had a really creepy atmosphere in the generally unused basement. I went down there once and refused to go again.

The other store I didn't see anything but I know a colleague was locking up on her own late one night and she turned round to see a body hanging from a noose from the ceiling. She was so freaked that she locked the store and left without even taking the cash draws out of the tills...and I don't blame her.

Again though...only after store hours and away from guests.

I can't see why Disney would mind me saying, but I'm not gonna give locations just in case...hope you understand.

As I say, I'm celtic though so I have loads of non-disney ghost stories. I even have a relative that visited another relative after dying Some people have never felt anything at any of the stores...but there are a number of us who have.

The only scary story I have of Disney is that evey time we go to WDW, all the cash in my wallet seems to magically disappear.

At least the Disney ghost seem harmless- I suppose they also want to have a little "magical fun"! Since my encounter with one not so nice at Alcatraz several years ago, I try to avoid spooky places. I'll definitly NOT be going to DTD And I'll make sure to stay away from all disney stores throughout Europe.... My husband is Dutch and I've had plenty of opportunity to be in old creepy places in the Netherlands and Europe. I like vacations where we only go to new shiny places- like WDW!

I live close to the Spy House in Belford, NJ. The Spy House is listed as one of the most haunted locations in NJ. Personally I haven't SEEN any of the ghosts who live there but I have had many instances of camera failures while taking pictures in certain locations. I had to have people I was with try their cameras, too, and the same thing would happen to them. Weird-o.

Don't laugh, but I am a member of the TAPS forum and recently someone had come back from a WDW trip and took some very odd photos of something materializing right next to the funeral coach outside of the HM. There are 3 pictures that she took one after another, check them out....if you go on the site, go to Open Discussion, at the very top of that page, you'll see Orbs and Ouija Boards...click on that and you will see the Haunting in WDW thread.

I'm on the TAPS forum, also, and saw those pictures! Very creepy, indeed!

Interesting...I went to college at GW and was an intern on the Hill for a while, never saw anything haunting though.

That would be cool if you did! I haven't seen anything just heard stories. Wish I caould see something.

Ah, another TAPS fan. It's amazing how two plumbers can get world-wide fans.
Honestly, the strangest thing I've ever seen in Disney are the living. Strange cast of characters there. (No pun intended!)

Growing up, my family lived in an old farmhouse that everyone said was haunted. Two of my sisters and one of my brothers insist that they saw ghosts. A friend of my mother's also visited her with a message from beyond. It creeps me out, so I usually try not to think of stuff like that at night!

I did take this picture at HM last year though:

Look in the bottom left corner.

Of course, that's my nephew and we were totally just fooling around, but it was kind of creepy.

The "Orbs" in the photos are simply dust particles illuminated by the flash.

Ever seen dust floating around in a sun beam?

It's the same thing except the particle is out of focus which makes it appear larger.

This effect is exaggerated by small P/S cameras that have the flash so close to the lens. The flash beam illuminates a dust particle right in front of the lens which is out of focus.

Notice that all the "Orb" photos were taken with flash?
