I gained 1.5
So frustrating, after maintaining for 2 weeks I though for sure I would have a loss on week 3. It is that TOM- I will try not to be too discouraged.
I am hovering right at 150. It is no surprise that I am in a rut, WW knows that at 150 you have to step up your game (they reduce daily points at 149 and below) so I should realize that too.
BethR- I love the anchoring concept. I am going to try that. I have a good memory that I am going to use.
Eyes on the prize!

He was mosly scared and is fine now. I have 2 bruised knees and am very sore. I stopped for McDonalds on the way home too

This is my first significant loss in about 3 weeks. Today DH and I determined to get back on track. We've really fallen off the wagon lately with our excercise and we need to get back on if we are going to run that 5K on April 21st. I will do something today. It is supposed to get up in the 70s today so I'm going to try to get outside and run/walk today if at all possible.
Lately sugar free jello is satisfying for me.
Gotta love those mom don't we. I got my hair cut and highlighted last week and have seen my mom several times since then and she hasn't said one word about it.
Especially your own mother!
I'm sorry, but to me, that's just mean.
Sorry that it was a bummer, but I can so relate to that emotional eating. Congrats on the weight loss! That's always a much needed boost after a bad day!
