Any tricks on getting good room at CSR

We are going to Disney on SEPT 13 and there are 4 families total with 13 people in all. We all want rooms close to each other but also have no idea of anything about CSR. I have stayed at AKR and also POFQ and loved both for dif. reasons but decided to try something new. Since I booked everyones trip I would love to try and get a convenient area for all of us upon checkin. Also would love some tricks and ideas on buses. Thanks

Make sure you make a request on your initial room reservation and then follow the instructions on http://www.allearsnet.com/acc/cro1.htm
