Has anyone bought their tickets/passes thru the Universal site? Have you had any problems?

Also, where else have you purchased your tickets?

thanks!

I purchased our tickets last year through the Universal site and had no problems at all. They sent them FedEx and I had to sign for them ... fortunately I was home. Hope you have a great trip

I also purchased my tix online and got a great deal 5 days for $100. At first I thought it couldn't be right...but it was. I also had to sign for the tix(delivered FedEx) but once we had them we walked right to the entrance..which saved time, because the line to purchase tickets was huge. Have a great trip!!!

Purchased annual passes (PAPs) online last yr and picked them up from the automated kiosk with no problems at all. The kiosk issuuues paper passes, then we went to guest services inside to park to get our plastic photo passes made.

I recently tried to purchase the pay $15.00 per month AP, did this for a friend's son who is a student. Twice it failed to work, they keep saying address on my CC does not match. I only have 1 address.
Both times I only found out when they called a week later. So yep you can run into trouble.

I purchased 6 bonus passes (over the past 2 years) from Universal's website with no problem at all. Each time, I opted to pick up my tickets from the kiosk. The kiosk is very easy to use and worked perfectly. :)

I bought on the site and found a GREAT deal. We had the one kid free passes... so we bought three adult passes and received three kid passes free which was great! The passes were good for five days. We also picked them up at the kiosk. They are quite easy to find at the entrance to the park. Also, you have to bring your confirmation number and the credit card for verification at the kiosk. Worked great/fast.

The only problem I had was partially my fault. I placed my order and got an error screen (no data or time out or something like that.) I didn't get a confirmation number so I redid it. Well apparently the first order did go through so I was charged twice. It took a week for my credit card to be credited after a couple of phone calls.

We had the same problem as phantom. However it took an hour and a half at Guest relations. Then it still was not right. It took over a week to get everything worked out. They even ended up charging us a third time!!! After many calls and even several conference calls with our bank it did eventually get worked out. It still didn't ruin our time! As a matter of fact we are headed down this weekend with our passes. :cool1:

I just received our packet of tickets, hotel info & airline tickets from Universal resorts. It came regular mail but everything was in a specially marked envelope. Everything was in it & hopefully when we arrive on 4/23 it will be very smooth - I'll right about it on our return 4/30

I have purchased tickets online and picked them up at the will call kiosk with no problems. Just make sure you have the credit card you paid with and your confirmation number and you are good to go!

I've purchased tickets and passes and vacations online through their site and never had a problem. Hopefully the trend continues! :)
