QOTD- I haven't really changed much. I take a daily vitamin with folic acid and calcium (and other stuff too) and I have in general been trying to eat better even before we started TTC. I wanted to lose some weight before we started and lost 15lbs. I am trying to get back into exercising. I had been doing well and then Dh broke his ribs and I literally had to drop everything for weeks and weeks because he couldn't do anything. Other than that, I'm not a big drinker (maybe I have 1 drink a month!) and I don't smoke so that isn't an issue. I think just the trying to be healthier thing.

Although, I know that if I do get a BFP, I'll start having the ultrasounds at 5 weeks or when my beta hits 1,000, whichever comes first and that will continue until about 8 weeks when my OB will take over for my RE and I might get the chance to be treated like a normal pregnant woman. But, at least I'll have more to look at that my ovaries and my follicles, so the ultrasounds will be FUN.
