Answering phones for rec reservations?

Does anyone know if there are folks answering phones at Aulani to make reservations for recreation, such as reserving cabanas, etc.? This is for a reservation for early next summer, but we got locked out of what we wanted for this summer (not that the trip happened anyway!) when I waited too long to get on their books.
