Another clothing ?

My DW was wondering about non-denim split skirts for dinner wear since they are technically shorts and also non-denim capri pants.

Just returned from the eastern Magic (1/24) and lots of women wore capris to dinner. My DD wore split skirts (do you mean skorts) and she looked great. One was even dark denim but it looked really nice. You really see a wide range of clothing at dinner but for the most part, people just looked nice, clean, presentable! My motto for the cruise is look your best and act your best - everyone should be happy!

capris, definately..I took a lot of them with me.

The short/skirt combo..I am guessing if they are not short shorts, if it is a true skort, it would be fine. Otherwise, maybe just a bit to casual.

That sounds very appropriate. Even a denim skirt would fit in IMHO with the exception of formal night.

I agree non denim capris would be appropriate. I wore them on our last cruise and will again on the next one.
