Sorry if this has been mentioned in this thread (I haven't read it the whole way through)--Where is Kim Walther nowadays? Has she been on any of the "Tell All for Money" segments since ANS's death?
Kim always seemed to be in love with Anna. Anna wasn't always that nice to her, so I wondered what happened between them
I've wondered that too. Didn't she have a tatoo of Anna? (i am aembrassed that I even know that) But I can't stay away from this train wreck.

You know, people, in a way, I am glad that Daniel (not that I ever wish anyone deceased) who appeared to be such a nice boy, does not have to see all these men coming out of the woodwork saying that THEY had an affair with his mom and that they are the father.....??? What would that poor child think...all these men saying they were with her AT THE SAME TIME....???

I think the situation has gone beyond disgusting and the facts that the Bahamian courts aren't expediting the procedures is even more so.
Larry can fight all he wants here in the U.S but unless he actually means what he says in all the interviews he's done and goes to the Bahamas to fight it where it needs to be fought--then it means nothing.
But then if he went to the Bahamas to fight it,he wouldn't get all the media attention he's getting right now---And I do not for one second believe that he has never gotten paid for any interview---Are we supposed to believe he has done the same shows as ANS and HKS and they got paid but he didn't--PLEASE.
The Bahamian officials need to go after TMZ and the newspaper to find out who they received the pictures from so they will KNOW who broke into the house and stole all the stuff---which is a whole other class of low.IMHO
Get that stuff back for the baby to have when she is older and can have to remind her of who her mom was as a person and what she had done for her

But he and ANS have cohabitated for many,many years and he contributed to the household and by common law rules in just about every state he is entitled to a portion if not all of her estate.

Interesting thing. Just saw a little advert about Entertainment Tonight. Mary Hart said that HKS "claims" that there was a break in. In was interesting how she said the word claims.

The problem is that the Law (US or any other country) isn't based on what's right or fair. If what most people seem to think had their way - they'd demand a DNA test and the child would go with the biological father. But "the Law" is open to interpretation and other case law. It isn't always (and often rarely) is the "best" option.
I'm not trying to be critical of our laws...but lawsuits and judicial orders don't seem to be based on what's "right", but rather what loophole is most open or interpretation (or lawyer) is the loudest...sigh....
It makes SENSE that a DNA test should be ordered, but we may not see that happen. Even if it IS, and let's say Larry Birkhead were the biological father - he may not get custody if the law says the BC is what is to be used. And then there's all the confusion as to whether it'll be US laws, or Bahamian laws....
I say this has JUST begun and that we'll hear more "surprises"...

This was kind of interesting because it kind of shows that Larry thought he was the father as of last April-
TMZ has obtained a traffic ticket Larry Birkhead got while Anna Nicole Smith was pregnant, and it could be powerful proof that he's the daddy.
"I got a call from my pregnant wife, she's sick."
Rewind to April 15, 2006. Sources tell TMZ a pregnant Anna had just gotten into a fight with Howard K. Stern, who was expressing extreme jealousy over the fact that Birkhead was the father of the baby. Sources say Stern gave Anna an ultimatum -- him or me.
We're told an extremely emotional Anna, who was barefoot and four months pregnant, called Birkhead and asked him to meet her in the parking lot of the Sportsmen's Lodge in Studio City, Calif. near her house. A concerned Birkhead jumped in his car and sped over, only to be stopped by a Burbank cop.
The officer who issued the speeding ticket quoted Birkhead -- "I got a call from my pregnant wife, she's sick."
The ticket is significant because Birkhead's statement was a spontaneous reaction to the event and not in the context of a paternity battle. Debra Opri, Birkhead's lawyer, tells TMZ Birkhead referred to Anna as his "girlfriend" but the cop wrote "wife."

Shortly after returning to the Bahamas, Howard K. Stern snatched back Anna Nicole's Bahamas mansion. As previously reported, G. Ben Thompson, who had a brief relationship with Anna Nicole and claims he owns the Bahamas house she'd been living in, had the locks changed right after her death. But less than 24 hours later, AP reports that Stern got onto the grounds and had them changed again -- and then told police that Thompson stole computers and some other personal items. (I read somewhere today but can't find the link now (sorry!) that the photos of the refrigerator in ANS bedroom with the methadone was taken by Thompson's son in law while they were there changing the locks and securing the house)
BTW - I didn't consider this but could the methadone actually be Howard's and not ANS?

In other words, she was really sick, and also very important, because they directed our attention to issues which we are going to have to resolve.

PERPER: Correct. And it was -- she was very cooperative and provided very useful information for us.

According to CNN...A judge has ruled Anna Nicole Smith’s body must stay at the medical examiner’s office until a dispute over her daughter’s paternity is resolved, but Smith’s body can be embalmed.

Larry Birkhead has been saying this all along. That was part of the reason that he initially filed for custody - before she died. He's been saying for a while that Anna was doing drugs while pregnant and that's why she went to the Bahama's.
I get the feeling that the press is on Birkheads side. They seem to be digging up more and more information that supports his case.

Where were all these men before she died? I mean if they thought they were the father, why come out after her death when she has no way to dispute it? It is real easy to make claims about someone when they aren't able to dispute it. Hope it is all resolved soon.
I've always had the gut feeling HKS was supplying her with the drugs to gain access to her money or whatever it is he wanted. I always thought he was the one who kept her drugged up so she couldn't think for herself.
