Boy, her will reads WEIRD!! She left everything to Daniel and there was a clause that said nothing should be given to any future spouse(s) or ANY future children, regardless of if they are her children (Dannielynn) or foster children. It also cuts out her entire family..which was expected. Basically, everything was left to Daniel and that's it and that HKS is the executor of the will.

Now that is very sad! Dannielynn is excluded?

I'm watching Court TV and apparently the will was written in 2001, so obviously before Daniel passed away and before Dannielynn was born. The clause they read said (rough quote) "I am intentionally excluding any future spouses, future children be they born to me, stepchildren or foster children. I'm omitting any future heirs with the exception of Daniel". I'm paraphrasing a little because I can't recall the exact wordage, but that is the gist of it. Now, what they are questioning is because Daniel was the ONLY beneficiary and he is now deceased, will that make her will null and void.

Hmmm..I wonder if HKS didn't mention it to her (changing her will) knowing the clause was in there regarding future children and since Daniel is deceased, maybe he is hoping a court will rule him next of kin because he was her "partner"?

With every thing they had going on I doubt they even thought about it. With as much time they had to be spending at attorneys offices they would have. I think she was far to depressed to really think.

I just think it's too bad her baby was excluded and possibly lose out. I'm not a legal mind but wouldn't it just take inserting her name in place of her brother's and just filing another will? Wasn't he her lawyer for 15 yrs? It's a lesson to all of us to make sure our wills are up to date.

You know I've always said right along, the law is not a cut-and-dried thing. Lawyers argue "interpretation of law" using case law, etc.

One could argue that there are "no heirs" now that her named heir Daniel is deceased. But others could argue that there ARE heirs as he has a half-sister AND a living father!

And interestingly....Anna Nicole herself has been involved in a long standing lawsuit and argument over a will! Saying that she should get half of her late husband's estate even though she wasn't in the will. (least I don't think she was - I haven't followed all the ins and outs of the case). Kind of ironic, don't you think?

have any of you seen the photo that ET is showing of Dannielynn with the soap on her face?!?!?!?!??! They are saying something like, we have the last picture taken of Anna Nichole and Dannielynn. The picture must be when ANS is bathing her. The poor baby has soap all over her face!!!!!!!!! Everyone is saying awwww, how cute, but I am thinking it must be burning her eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That poor baby had soap all on her face!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried and tried to find the photo online so I can post it here, but I can't find it. If any of you find it, please post it.


Also, I watched the E True Hollywood Story of ANS life last night. I found it very strange that ANS ran around naked in front of Daniel all of the time. The photographer that took ANS nude photos for Playboy said that when he would give ANS the Polaroids of some of the nude shots, she would give them to Daniel (yes, she brought Daniel to the shoots, too.) and Daniel would go show them to friends. The photographer said he told ANS that she couldn't do that, but she said that it is natural and she doesn't mind him seeing her nude.

Baby soap doesn't usually burn eyes. I'm sure she was using a tearless baby soap.

I realize that it may be tear free shampoo. I still always tried to keep soap out of my baby's face, even if it was tear free. I realize that sometimes it cannot be helped. It just seemed like a lot to me.

HKS was an enabler. If the sole reason that ANS was not letting Birkhead see the child, and it would have to be proven, was because Birkhead tried to clean up her act and if Birkhead is the dad, then I would say that the baby will be much better off with Birkhead. I don't know why, but he does seem like the only normal person in this mess when I watch him interviewed. And, he did seem like the only normal person when ANS was alive. I do not think it is normal to flee to the Bahamas either. If you were in a custody battle, would you want the other side to go out of the country without so much as a chance to have your say in court? ANS had the power to leave the country, but that doesn't make what she did right in terms of the legal issues that needed to be resolved.

I thought about that at first (Daniel's birth father) but then I realized that since Daniel was already deceased at the time of Anna's death, the will is more likely to be ruled null and void and then her estate will more likely be divided by standard probate laws.

I was watching ET and HKS sister was telling them that he has NEVER been paid by ANS.. that he would get paid after the marshell case. and HKS has been getting money from his parents to survive That dose not seem right? also she was saying that HKS and ANS were great with the baby .. then in the previous program it said she just met the baby? this is crazy
