They flew him back and taped the entire story for the E show. So instead of being in mourning, he was in negotiating with E!!!

I think since the birth certificate shows HKS as the father, if DNA excludes the paparazzi guy, he will legally be declared the father. Everyone keeps saying he (HKS) needs to take a test, but the burden of proof is on the guy who says he is the father, not HKS.

I wonder about the other house they were renovating in the Bahamas - how was it purchased, and what name (s) is it titled in?

I think ANS would have preferred Daniel to be buried in the States, probably California, but because of the court order over the baby, she chose to have him buried there. From the interviews I saw, I think she intended to stay in the Bahamas - for the privacy she could have there - more than in the States, that's for sure. The only pics I saw of her after the baby was born were ones they released to the media. No paparazzi shots like you so often see of other celebs.

The only reason why a death of a minor c-list celeb is that she died during a slow news week.

You know...I don't think that's it. For some reason there was something about her story. It's like an accident that you just can't look away from.

As I read in an article pondering the very same thing, WHY is it such a big story? "Its far better than what's on TV and Reality TV. You couldn't have scripted this." It is so unbelievable - that if it WERE a show it'd be too over the top. It's a story with twists and turns everywhere you go.

And maybe it MIGHT be a bit of a wake-up call to the young celebs who need rehab before the legal drinking age, or barely afterwards. Hmmm, probably not - but hopefully SOMEWHERE people who need it will see that you can't party that hard without consequences no matter how glamorous on the outside your life has seemed to have been.

A stunning video shows a barely functional Anna Nicole Smith, stammering and stuttering, as Howard K. Stern rhapsodizes about how much money the clip will be worth.

The tape, which aired Monday night on Greta Van Susteren's show on FOX News Channel, shows an eight-months pregnant Smith, her face painted like a clown and clearly stoned out of her mind. As she talks to a doll in a baby carriage as if it's real, Stern repeatedly says, "Is this a mushroom trip?" He then adds, "I'm kidding."

Another part of the tape shows Smith even more out of it. Stern's comment: "This footage is worth money."

He was asking her is she was on a mushroom trip. she didn't understand what he was asking...he then repeated it, and when she still didn't understand, said he was kidding. then, he had her outside, and said "this footage is going to be worth some money." and she asked "Why? It's just a camera"

No, he wasn't exploiting her at all.....

Who knows. HKS is doing everything in his power to prevent a DNA test, and with the baby in the Bahamas, there may be no way to get it done. They'll probably have to battle the whole "residency" issue first, and it's obvious how long these things drag out.

You'd think that Bahama officials would be so embarrassed by the pictures of that one official with ANS, and his subsequent resignation, and accusations that ANS got special treatment because of that relationship, that they'd want to show good faith by ordering the DNA test, and following through with returning Dannielynn to HER FATHER (if, in fact, it is Larry Birkhead).

About HKS...what kind of man has an intimate relationship with someone for YEARS and tolerates all the other "activity" she's had with other men...MANY other men? He said that it was because he wanted her to be happy. I'm going to ask DH if he REALLY wants me to be happy, and that therefore, I'm going to get me "a few" boyfriends. But, it's not like HKS wasn't getting $omething out of the relation$hip.

I guess I live my life in rose colored glasses......I really thought that Anna Nicole was faking being messed up on her reality show and in all those other appearances. I guess I just couldn't wrap my brain around the fact that someone was so messed up ALLLLLLL the time.
