I watched ANS's show on E! wayyy back when - Trendy was a jerk. They (ANS & Trendy) got into a tiff (cant remember why, it'll come to me) He was only on that show, to be her decorator (and all the recent interviews he's done) to get his 15 minutes of fame.

I remember him being a jerk on the show too. I think it had to do with him designing her bedroom for her, and her disliking it or disputing how much it cost. I'm not exactly sure.

It's strange, because just a couple weeks ago I saw him on Nancy Grace (or it was on her show where they re-played an interview of him) where he is bashing Anna, calling her names, etc. But I just saw him on another show (after her death) where he talks about how nice she was and how much he'll miss her. I don't get it, but he seems like a big jerk to me. I don't even know why people want to interview him.

I am convinced that Virgie is not a good egg and I do not trust her intentions...whatever those are. I believe she is just seeing $$$. But then again, what are HKS or Larry the photog's intentions?

I don't believe that her mother has any GOOD intentions at all, as for HKS he has been a leech for many years and I feel that he was there when she was at her lowest thus she really latched on to him. As for Larry well that whole paternity thing started long before Anna passed, I believe his intentions are pure I maybe off base but I truely believe he want's what is best for the baby even before all of this happened. And I believe Anna would have had the paternity test long ago if she truely believed HKS to be the father. I believe the baby is Larry's and I can't wait to find out the truth, as for the other 2 well, if it was the billionairies frozen sperm I think she would have told the world, it would have helped her in the inheritance dispute. And the "Prince" well I think he lives in a fantasy world! I wonder what his claim will do to his marriage to Zsa Zsa?? I just wish they would do the test and put the baby where she belongs, I don't understand dragging it out.

At a lot of hotels and other businesses with a switchboard you can't reach 911 or an outside operator, the front desk has to do it. The bodyguard is also a licensed paramedic

To me it's all in the wording. It is reported that the bodyguard did CPR, not both which you would think if they both did it that's how it would be reported. And I think my biggest question really with the calling of 911 is that there seemed to be lag time between when she was found and the call being made.

I just saw an interview today where she said that was her granddaughter and she definitely wanted her. I don't know if she meant permanent custody or not, but it looks like she is interested, today anyway. Who knows about tomorrow. Considering that this baby could potentially inherit a bundle of money, I'll bet they really start coming out of the woodwork now.

I saw the interview she did on one of the shows and it sure seems she changed her mind really quickly about wanting that baby.

It seemed like on the ANS show that Bobby Trendy was just someone who designed her room and she didn't like it. It didn't seem like they were good friends. and HKS had to harass him to fix things he sent ANS. It didn't seem like they liked each other HKS/BT that is.

Bobby Trendy is after his own little piece of fame in this, they were not friends. Every skeezy scumbag who ever so much as said one word to ANS is coming out of the woodwork for their little 15 seconds.

But wouldn't she have had a better chance at the money if she were pregnant during the first part of the trial? Which she lost.

Why wait until the Supreme Court said she could still pursue the case?

If there were a remote possibility that this "frozen sperm" theory were true, it makes no sense for her to wait. The baby would have guaranteed a win for her.

Could be that she hasn't been able to get pregnant though. Sometimes it takes quite a few tries.

If this baby end's up being his it is just too much!

I saw a report (on ET I think) that spoke to friend of ANS. The reporter was interviewing this friend on a plane I think. The friend said that HKS found ANS floating face down in the pool recently. (I think another DISer reported this as well.) I found it strange that this friend said that HKS called the bodyguard to get ANS from the pool. I just found that strange that he called the bodyguard to pull her out. Why didn't HKS pull her out? It just struck me as strange. I know it has nothing to do with her death now. It was just a weird thing that I mentally noted.

I feel the same. Larry is the only person in this whole mess I think really cares for the baby. Had he suddenly started pursuing custody after ANS's death I'd probably feel differently. If ANS was so certain that HKS was the father the paternity test would have been no big deal. It's also possible that she didn't know who the father was and that's why she avoided the test.

It seems like everyday there's some new bizarre twist. It's playing out almost like a soap opera. The soaps always have a "who's the daddy" storyline and here there are 4 men alleged to be the the father.

Did anyone see HKS lawyer on TV this morning? "Howard is the father, his name is on the birth certificate" he kept saying. And when asked why not just submit for DNA testing he asked the interviewer if he would submit to a DNA if other men were claiming to be the father of his children. What kind of defense is that?

I don't want to seem crass but it sounds like she was sleeping or messing around with more than 1 person at a time. It happens, you get a DNA test and it's done. Unless you're like some of Maury's guests and you have to test 5 or 10 people.

And I really don't understand having the reporter from ET flying along with HKS. He's supposed to be grieving and he has a reporter with him? Creepy.

I haven't lived anything close the lifestyle of ANS or HKS but she hasn't even been gone for a week. We're talking 4 days ago that she passed and HKS has already inked out an exclusive $1 million deal to "sell" his grief? It's not like 4 days later they're still working out the deal, it's a done deal. He's already been followed to the Bahamas with a TV crew and filmed and interviewed. And his own lawyer has been on TV since at least Friday saying HKS is the father.


Because that's the first thing I'd do when my DH dies - call my attorney and make sure he gets on TV for interviews, ink out a pretty lucrative deal with ET ... the guy just creeps me out.

Have you guys seen the pictures that were allegedly taken by the gentleman who allegedly legally owns the home? There are bottles of methadone and Slim-Fast in the fridge.

There are also pictures of ANS in bed, clothed, with the immigration guy who grants citizenship.

I saw a snippet today from a boxing promoter in Florida where she was watching a fight last month say that she treated HKS like a bug and drug him around by the nose basically.
I have wondered myself if he has been in love with her ALL these years...how hard it was to watch her be with other men. a lot of other men it seems.
and then her son dies and he finally got her attention...how sad.

I think the pics of ANS with the Bahamian official don't mean they were intimate. the media goes so crazy sometimes.

Why did Anna Nicole, if Birkhead is the baby's father, work so hard at keeping him from her? Is there some reason that she didn't want Birkhead involved as a father? Is it because of HKS? Could he have convinced her to cut Birkhead out?

Why would HKS do that? I doubt HKS is the father. A paternity test would tell for sure, yet he isn't taking one and claims he doesn't have to b/c of putting his name on the birth certificate. Well, my brother did that with his wife's daughter (there was a possible of 12 fathers, my brother was not with her at the time so was not one of the 12).

I can't figure out why HKS would do that-certainly he couldn't have known ANS and Daniel were going to die and leave DannieLynn alone needing someone to take custody of her and her possible millions? If so, why didn't he claim he was the father when ANS announced her pregnancy? And why didn't ANS say he was the father from the beginning?

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm just so lost. I don't understand all the secrecy and hinkiness going on. And how tacky of HKS to have a reporter with him all the time. Sheesh....

You're right. My brother is now paying the price for what he did. He has no rights to the child and never gets to see her, but has to pay child support for her.

There was a very reputable reporter or the news yesterday that said that Larry B was the ONLY one who has not taken any cash for any of his interviews, and quite honestly HKS taking that money proves to me he is a leech and without ANS probably has nothing. I do believe he has loved her for years but was just her gopher until this past Fall. I just wish they would force this DNA test and get it out in the open regardless if his name is on the birth certificate if it is proven he is not the father I doubt that he would be entitled to anything unless there is something provided for him in the will.........if there is one, the state of mind she has been in the past 5 months I doubt if it is even an updated one, and from what I have read he has only been with her less than a year, supposedly Larry and her split when she was 5 months pregnant.
All I can say is the court system in the Bahamas must really be slow, since she was supposed to be evicted from that house last Dec. And then there was something about her purchasing another home and redoing it.......there are entirely to many lose ends in this saga. So sad.

Exactly! If it shows him to be the father then it's settled and it'll never be questioned again. Makes me think he has something to hide by not doing it.

I have a question about her late husband's estate. If I remember right, it was first addressed in a Texas court, I forgot what the ruling was. But then somehow it was addressed in a California court, forgot that ruling too.

Does anybody remember what the rulings were and why it was addressed in a different state?

this isn't exactly true...while I don't know what the exact law in the Bahamas is, when you sign a birth certificate, you are affirming that you are in fact taking parental responsibility for the child..in Florida..it isn't just adding someones name..you have to agree to take financial responsibility for the child..

I haven't taken the time to follow this thread but HKS just doesn't rign tru to me. If that were my child or a child that I loved like mine, I would not have left her in another country that long. He told the reporter that he had been in bed most of the time since her death.

Seriously, I don't know of anybody with a genuine attachment to a child that would not want to be with the child ASAP, not days later, or stay in bed for days when a child was with caregivers, not family. Taking a reporter with you for a price just doesn't have the look of a loving father to me.

However, I've never understood some celebs.
