I got an error for that link...it says "nothing found...the page no longer exists" so I'm not sure what you are looking for. Natalie has a bunch of great journal pages in her shared file:

The journal looks like the size of the Epoct passport and can be purchased in Animal Kingdom. I'm trying to find someone talented to create one or see if anyone already has.
