An Inconvenient Truth: happyhaunt Style! (New... pg. 113!)

Be my
Be my
Be my
Be my Yoko Ono
Ohhhwhoaa.

:thumbsup2

Mel dear...then what you need to give hubbie is a big fat pile of pictures in nice frames for sure...

DH always always makes sure i have 2-3 pictures in my office. And yes everyone does say is that your kid/husband but normally only once.

Does no one ever go back to Mel's office? He should invite people more than once than he could have your picture there no problem!!

And come back to the computer away from the fridge...unless your getting dijon ketchup.

I was on my way to Margaritaville. If I were drinking Margaritas. That is. But, instead, I was drinking something which lived in a huge pineapple. So... I was on my way to SpongeBob's instead. Dreams DO come true.

O.K., this cracked me up! :rotfl2: I've been to SpongeBob's too and it is quite lovely.

Mel, surely you did NOT limbo in that skirt. If you did, I am certain some stressed out Disney daddies (you all know the guys I'm talking about) were suddenly a little less cranky.

I think.

I was busy talking to my beloved pineapple drink. Like Golem to the One Ring... "My Precious. My Precious!"

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I would be doing the same thing, my hauntiemangochutneyguavalovinsquirrelnutkin! I lovva my pineapple drinkies and I love Ohana's and I love the poly. I cannot however limbo dance, as I am so not limber, so clearly you got those genes....I can however dance, but it is atrocious and looks frighteningly like I am having a seizure standing up....not attractive....I must say.

Thanks for the laughs....spongebob! :teeth:

Melly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shrimp??!!! Did you say shrimp??

And. exotic shrimp at that??

mama like. :teeth:

Melly Poo

Welcome back girlfriend!!!
Nice to see you back in these parts.

Love your latest installment.

p.s. I hate camping too

:thumbsup2 Great installment.

I had told DH that you were at WDW the same time as we were...when I told him you limbo'ed in a short skirt, he wanted to know why we never eat dinner at O'hana.

This is the second time in as many nights that I have read about the wonders of the pineapples at O'hana. DH also asked why we never stay at the Poly. I think God is trying to tell me (oddly enough, in an Australian accent) that I need to haul my butt over there in September and visit Spongebob!

Waiting for the next installment to give me a reason to slack on work... popcorn::

:wave2: Me. You are talking about me. TOH.

That's it. We are SOOOOO adding Ohana to our January trip.

That's right! We are SOOOOOOOOO going back to Disney in January!!

We had an ADR for O on our last trip, and missed it because it was the evening the rest of our party arrived and they were "too tired." Whiners. I had convinced myself that it wouldn't be much fun anyway.

So, thanks for ripping open that wound with your fun description of the pineaple and the limboing and the exotic shrimp and the oink oink dessert. Oh and the coconuts. Turns out it WOULD have been much fun.

Welcome back, MellyMel. To you and your tribe.

bgd100 ~ is bdg100 some kind of food? Or sauce? Sounds like steak sauce to Me(l). Right now.

Hmmm, I'm trying really hard to think of something funny and it's just not coming to me. Right now.

TOH means "Take off hoser". In honor of Les Mel I have promised to speak at least a little bit of Canadian in every post. In order to make her feel at home I will continue to speak Canadian by using words like "beauty, eh, you betcha, don'tchaknow and take off hoser". IF anyone else has any other Canadian speak words I can add to my collection, please. Let me know. (I think. Misplacing punctuation is also a Canadian thing so I am going to do this. As well.) Take off hosers.

Well OK, but what's a hoser?? :confused3

Mel, old name was Papeete Bay Veranda. Back in the 70's, we could even have alcoholic beverage at lunch during work hours. Those were the days, my friend..... Got progressively worse for perks after that, alas!

Excellent trippie as always,

Your water drinking friend (at least at work lunches)

Glad you are back!

What's a hoser?

Well first you start with 2nd City...then you add Bob & Doug Mackenzie then you add beer and then you get Take off you Hoser...there is even a Bob & Doug version of the 12 days of christmas.

And I think there was a movie too....

More Cdn speak...double double please.

Mel thank you for this great installment! I've got a rather boring day at work today and this just made it better! Thanks for the laughs :thumbsup2

We Canadians also have that "u" in some words, like Honour, colour, etc. That is how some people know we are Canadian.

Me: Oh, you silly mortals. I only cry when I see the Castle for the FIRST time. ON THE MONORAIL. Don't you know me at all?
Wow, and I thought I was the only one who felt this way!

I read through your TR in all one sitting and am looking forward to the next installment. I'm soo glad I found the DIS. It's the next best thing to being in Disney.

We happyhaunts basically DOMINATED.

Yes, you do! I'm glad to have met the whole family via your very entertaining TR!

Welcome back, Mel, and thanks for the new installment!

Ohana's and the happyhaunts, definitely a match made in heaven. Happy to hear how well the coconut races went. Thanks for declining to post the "IC London/France" photo. Don't want to get anything shut down for not being family friendly, do we??!!??

Waiting anxiously for the next happyhauntastic superduper installment. So hurry it up, eh?

You've aboot tootally lost me. Still very unclear on what a hoser is. It doesn't sound like a compliment. Eh.
