A Revlon spokesperson said, "We believe he will be the hip new face that would appeal to the young and fabulous and artistic emo boys alike." Several church groups are calling for a boycott of American Idol and Revlon. One Alabama pastor was quoted as saying, "If we allow our young people to idolize this man, he will turn them all homosexual and our country will die out in a generation or two!"

When sought for response by reporters, Lambert said, "Oh honey, I ain’t that good!"

I was already thinking that a cosmetic company should snap him up for ads. They could have him with his gorgeous eyes (complete with make-up) next to a very blonde girl - for contrast. The pastors comments remind me of why I left organized religion behind me many years ago - though I must say Kris is the the best kind of example for a non-judgemental Christianity. However, since this is from the World Weekly News (who also have a pictures of aliens on their covers), I think it's probably not true.

It seems like a more accurate count would be to let each phone number have one vote. I guess AI likes the very high numbers it gets from hours of the same people voting over and over.

For the Lambertinis/Glamberts/Adam's Eves only. We know that Adam oozes sex appeal - no matter his orientation - and in this video I just can't take my eyes off his package. He didn't show any moves like this on AI - what do you all think? BTW, really going to miss Adam on my screen tonight but am watching all his other TV appearances.

Well to be honest it wasn't the full on crotch grab as demonstrated above it was more of a rub while doing sexy face to the camera. And he did it I want to say the first 2 weeks.

I find that a sickening thing to do on a family show. Not something I would want my little granddaughter to see.

He can do whatever he wants elsewhere but keep it clean on a family show.

The only place Adam touched himself during AI was down the side of his abdomen. The Bible Belt would have had a meltdown if it was anything more risque.
I can never figure out why American viewers are OK with seeing tons of gruesome murders, serial killing, rape, torture etc. on 100s of evening TV shows, yet they freak when any nudity or sexually sugestive behaviour is shown. I'd rather see Adam's video on repeat loop than seeing people get shot, thrown off a buildings, carved up, poisoned, etc.

And he needs to take those ROLLED UP SOCKS out of there.

I would have remembered that if it was remotely close to what was in the clip. At first I thought he was in pain because the zipper was rubbing or the pants were way too tight, then I wanted to say "don't worry, it's still there"

So I just read that Kris Allen will be at Disney on Friday. There's another reason I'm upset Adam didn't win. I wanted Adam to be there while I'm there! My fiance is a Star Wars nut and he's gonna go insane at Star Wars weekends since he's so excited about it. So my mom says today that if I thought Steve was crazy, I should imagine how she would be if Adam was there while we were there. She said that she would do whatever she had to to meet him and would be the first one in line. She would even camp out and miss a day at the parks if she had to. And I'd probably be right there with her!

We also heard on the news this morning about how the votes were unfair. They said that ATT denies giving out phones to Kris Allen fans in his home state, but that they did give everyone tutorials on how to power text, which could send in 10 votes at a time. That would definitely explain the 34 million out of 100 million votes coming from Arkansas. That is definitely an unfair advantage. This is making me like the idea more and more of one vote per phone. Adam would have won if that were the case.

Looks like AT & T who is a MAJOR sponsor of the show is in deep doo doo over the votes and providing phones at the parties for the eventual winner and not the loser -- and in looks as if it is in violation of AI voting rules...
