Am I the only one that thought the guy Eric got to talk to on the mat was super strange? I think he swore too and why did Danielle not talk to a family member

Darn! My DVR didn't record for some reason and I was out of town. I'll catch up with the race online. I am very bummed to read that E&D won. I would have rather had either team win (including C&M) over them!

How was their reception at the finish line? Did the other contestants look happy or just polite?

The only part worth seeing is Sharla and Mirna on the boards balancing...everything else was a bit hum drum....
It was annoying that all the had work S and M did to be ahead did not fair better for them since they kept even-ing up.
I think E and D got a good reception tho

What a disappointing All Star ending. I'm mainly upset because they weren't an original team. I still don't buy out of over 100+ people that have been on AR they couldn't have found an original team to fill in that spot? And I'm sorry but Danielle wasn't worthy of All Stars. If Eric and his original partner had won, I'd be more accepting of it.

I really think this "All Star" season of Amazing Race was a big bore! I have been watching The Amazing Race for a long time (Only missed Season 2). This was the 1st time that the show really bored me.

That's exactly it! If you want to mix up the teams to create new teams and call it an all-star, then that's ok. But, don't have everyone else who has raced together and one team of misfits. All-stars they aren't. Winners, they are.

Now, having said that, I think Danielle needed the money more than the BQs. The BQs will be successful in whatever they do. Danielle is too whiny and is a follower, even if she's following an abusive teammate. Maybe she'll start looking better to Eric again once he parties his winnings away. Hopefully by then she'll have grown up a bit.

At least the good news is that Eric will think he is a millionaire but he really will only get about $300,000 after splitting it with Danielle and taxes. He will blow that in a week on a big party! And he will forget he has to pay taxes and end up in trouble next year for not having the money to pay the taxes on it!

Another one disappointed with the finals. I was really hoping that C & M would pull it out. But they are at such a disadvantage when it comes to running on flat ground let alone over rocks. Very sad that it had to come down to crap like that.

Also agree they should have had to drive themselves to the final pit stop.

I think he was calling information to get the exact address. I believe told the driver the cross streets.

I totally agree... I did not like the blondes. They always acted better and smarter then anybody else. They were just smug. Of course they werent worse then Rob and Amber...

Is it just me, or was Jeremy acting *really* weird when they showed him talking on the phone with Eric? Not what he said (which was bizarre!), but his actions??

He was looking down at the floor the whole time and never once looked at the camera. And he physically looked weird - his face was all puffy and pink.
