My husband and I were so thrilled with our most recent AirTran experience. We had nice flights there and back, we chose to pay for the upgrade both ways, so we enjoyed very comfy flights.
When we got home was when we were REALLY impressed. We lost out GPS at some point at MCO. It was crazy at the airport, and we had no idea where we lost it. I figured it was a lost cause. I even bought a new one as a Christmas gift for my husband.
Saturday we got a call from AirTran. They had found the unit. Looked at out home address that we had programmed in there, looked up our name in the white pages, and figured out our cell phone number. Of course we called back, and they are sending us the unit!
They went above and beyond. Someone spent a fair amount of time doing this, and we are so grateful. We will continue to use them as long as we can!

. They told me they would be checked through to my final destination. I was beside myself. I had 2 kids, 3 bags and a car seat to try and maneuver through the airport. The *CAPTAIN* of our flight came off the plane with the crew and wondered why I was almost in tears. (I wasn't screaming or making a scene, but I was definitely upset). He intervened and wanted an explanation for why they were refusing to bring me my strollers. I even had my gate check tag stub in hand. When they continued to refuse, the captain took two of my bags in one hand and DD5's hand in the other and walked us to our next gate
. He apologized profusely for the crew's behavior and suggested that I follow up with a complaint to the airline.
