Congrats, very nice! I am just learning this about them. They keep it professional, straight forward and drama free, allowing me to dictate my own path to acquire a contract. I was leery about using them from what I have read, but I am very pleased with their service.

Some years ago, Fidelity was the company DVC recommended when owners contacted them about selling their contracts. They handle other timeshare brands too, per my reading on TUG.
