Airtran credit for baggage fee

How can I go about using a credit I have for Airtran to pay for my luggage fees? I am hoping when I checkin online for our departing flight I can do it then, but for my return flight I will not have access to a computer and will have to call that luggage number (can't remember what it's called at the moment). I don't know how that will work, but I would really LOVE to use my credit for baggage.

I emailed Airtran Thursday about this. They said that if the credit is attached to your A+ account you can use it when paying for baggage online. If you can't get it to work they said to call them and they would help.
