ADR's on-line option...

This is new to me since our last trip in 2008...is it better to use this, call or let my Dreams Unlmt agent make them for me?
We are on the west coast so getting up at 3 am for on line or 4 am for calling will be tough.
would like your opinions!

Whatever is easiest and most comfortable for you is best. I prefer to use the online system because I don't like people (ok ok, I don't like talking on the phone to people ). I also would rather put the blame on myself if I miss something/mess something up than worry about someone else doing it.

Of course, living in Central time, I'm only an hour behind Disney. That makes a difference as well (though, I typically stay up to 2 or 3 am anyway , so maybe not that much for me).

In the end, it's all about what works best for you. Just be prepared and get with the TA ahead of time to discuss it (if they do that sort of thing, which Disney ones I'm sure would).

Just made a weeks worth of ADRs for breakfast and dinner for a trip in Feb 2011. Was able to get everything we wanted (including Ohana, LeCelier, Chef Mickey, Crystal Palace) on the days we wanted. Only had to nudge the time of 1 ADR by 1/2 hour.

Phone lines open at 7am but I was able to get online at 6:45 (New Jersey).

If I want to do online reservations what do I need to have handy? Just my confirmation # and do I enter that when I begin? I am trying to get CRT

We arrive Feb. 26th. Does anyone know when I can make my reservations? I think it is in a few days. If I call Disney will they tell me the date...she couldn't tell me when I made my reservation.

Have your confirmation # with you, I would also sign up with email and they will send you a confirmation. Though, I "think" you have to wait 180 before making them. Still learning myself

We arrive the same day and you can make your reservations next Monday, August 30th. I have been anxiously waiting. Good luck!
