Almost being able to book the excurions makes the cruise seem so much closer!

Almost being able to make reservations is right= I tried to book excersions on line and can not retreive my reservation. I tried last night as a test run, couldn't retreive my reservation, called DCL and they said info on the new program at Disney starting in the fall was being loaded on the web site, no one can get access but it should clear up by 10PM. Here it is 2AM, and it's still bogged down. Suggest everyone try calling DCL for excersions if trying to book them today. Alex

We are trying here in CO. It is 10 minutes away from the time we should be able to book and DCL still can't retrieve our info. What a nightmare. Should we sleep and forget it till morning?? Who knows.

I had called DCL w/a question about my DS and an excursion and DCL told me that the only way we could prebook excursions is via the website, is that true?? We can't book by calling them??

That wouldn't be a good thing!!

Okay I'm up to, and it doesn't work. I'm kind of annoyed that a company as big as disney wouldn't post a warning that they were working on the website and it'd be unavailable tonight....

I may join you all at Pineapple, if they aren't sold out but I want to check on Carlisle Bay resort to see if they offer a similar day pass....I hear they have a WONDERFUL spa too!

Me too Sandy - I tried to go back to sleep at about 3:30 but couldnt.

Im pissed that a company like DCL doesnt have a better clue as to whats going on with its site. So many people called them last night and they got BS answers that the site was just busy.

It was amazing all the different answers everyone was getting. I just can't believe how horrible it will be today when we all start calling. I tell you....I won't be happy if I don't get what I want after all this!

Yep, I will not be happy either. Especially since we got up at 3 am just to do this and then kept trying all different times in between.
