How does the Fish Extender thing work
The number of DIS people on this cruise is making me think twice about signing up
(How long would it take to distribute something to everyone let along the luggage space needed to transport stuff )

I thought someone said something about breaking it up into smaller groups
That would make it much easier

I guess I somehow missed the option of breaking up the group but I like it. Maybe if we did it could be done by floors; deck 1,2, and 3, and higher decks together or something like that. Would make delivery easier. I cannot find carp worth giving out for 500 people and I do not want to take that much home either. Just a thought.

We actually had a Pirate Parade planned on the Geek cruise and since I had a costume malfunction it just didnt happen the way we wanted ...but now that I am restricted to no drinking of the rum till after the costume is on I am sure we could do something ....Maybe all the people who actually did a POtC character come in at the same time All together ... I think that Captains Dining would be pretty much all DISers for the most part ....

I just realized that the Westbound leaves May 10th ..., well I didnt realize I will actually be in WDW may 3rd thru the 10th ...Maybe a DIS EB and WB meet ????? We went on the 10 night and had about 75 families(which was well over 275 people). Sometimes I would give a gift to the family as a group. It all depends on what you are giving. Most people only gave out their fishy gifts once but seems like everyone did different days so there was always something in there.

Some things we were thinking about would be one per family, but maybe we'll add something little like candy or tattoos too for each kid if we go that route. Not sure exactly what we'll do. I guess we'll decide when it's closer and we see how many people sign up.

Thank you, hope you have fund too, is actually sunny here now and for the whole weekend, kids playing outside!!!! But I am on parental duties!

On Friday I was able to get back into a suit I hadn't worn since before the Med cruise in July, so that was a victory!

There will be a formal signup for those who want to participate, probably won't be everyone. At that time the size issue can be examined. I would guess the sign up would be closer to the 90 day mark (the in or out point)

I just want to put in a word AGAINST breaking up into smaller groups for fish extenders . . . all of us will have some people we just feel closer to and want to give something to, but if they aren't on our "list" or floor, or whatever, it gets awkward . . .

I would rather people just bring less to put in the fish extenders, or smaller things, or even pick up things at one of the ports if transport is a problem. If people sign up for FE, I think they should get something from everyone.

i know its hard..for anyone to believe...but when we went out, they
used to "draw" crowds. & jus as much fun! ..well maybe not when one
ate the robin's egg, yuk!..or burn the house down...or got into..their
mommy's makeup, ..or played "army"..with my lil'cutie flame's..hummel
collection... ..& things..i know that's came up missing...i suspecting
down the "toliet"!

I have no intention of wandering the hills at night. I am not too graceful. Think I will stay on the walkways!!
I am wishing she was having a fall wedding, but hoping too, that the late spring, early summer will be pretty there, too.

Can't forget those older boys, and their sometimes "icky" antics!!
I had mine in reverse....the older daughter and then later along came the boy. We've lots of fun to come with that one.

It was truly wonderful. Despite all appearances, any world that has those guys in it can't be all bad.
