I just wanted to let you all know that I'm leaving in the morning to help Alex move his stuff to his new home.

I'll be gone until Monday or Tuesday.

I'll probably have the chance to check in tomorrow morning before I leave but just in case I thought I'd let you know now. :moped:

I hope the move goes well Robin, have a great weekend

Mandy :)

Hey Kelly,

It was fun celebrating Stella b-day even though it was early. She loves the pink butterfly shirt you gave her. She wore it today to Greg's mothers party for her :thumbsup2

I am just now getting to get on the computer for some quiet time because Jacob had the flu today :sad2: He was up early, slept most of the afternoon and early evening, now he's feeling better and off to sleep again :cloud9:

I love the pics of the kids. Tell Carolin she did really great with her stunt. They had a great formation :cheer2: Chad is adorable as ever. They are great

Well I see you soon.

Love you,
Paula

Hello everyone,
I would like to put up my weight loss goal. I have been trying to lose 25lbs for two years and have lost 11lbs. I want to lose a little bit more before the ship, but I don't want to be unrealitic. I seem to go back in forth with water weight by a few lbs.

I try eat pretty healthy, drink water all the time. Low fat, High fiber, healthy carbs. I try to fit in sit ups a few times a week. However my exercise isn't the best. I need to walk or do something more.

Anyways, I just thought I include that info about myself before I put up some goal for myself. I also want a realistic goal so maybe others could pass on some help. Hey KELLY, if your out there, I'm all ears :)

Well thanks for listening.

Take care :goodvibes

Paula

:wave2: Hi Paula

Good luck with your weight loss and well done with what you have lost already. It is always best to be realistic (maybe I should take some of my own advice ~ LOL)

Like I said yesterday, I have had a terrible week, so there is no way that I'm stepping on the scales, so fingers crossed I'll get back on track next week, though at the minute I have a bad headache and would love to just curl up with a large hot chocolate and box of chocolates :rotfl: :rotfl:

Has anyone got anything nice planned for the weekend ? I think I may start wrapping my Christmas presents up as we've got nothing going on

Have a great day everyone

Mandy :)

:woohoo: :woohoo:

I am happy to report that I have lost another 1/2 pound, so that brings my grand total up to 5.2 pounds lost.

I'm quite thrilled because I don't think I've seen the scales this low for 20 years or so.

:cheer2: :cheer2:

Have you got bananas on the brain Kelly ?? :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Well I've had a bad week as far as my dieting has gone, I feel like I've pigged out all week - so basically, I won't be weighing myself tomorrow as I don't want to depress myself, and hopefully next week I'll get back on track

Also I'm feeling a bit achy and heady today, I think I might be coming down with something (just what I need for the weekend). Nevermind, hopefully I'll be feeling better soon

Are you still keeping up with Lost Kelly? We're just downloading last nights episode, I've already read a few spoilers (I can't help myself - LOL) and I was shocked to hear that Mr Eko had died. So I'm really looking forward to watching this over the weekend

I hope everyone is having a good day

Mandy :)

Frozen chocolate bananas :thumbsup2 Don't worry so much about this past week! Like you said, just skip this weigh in and work on next Friday's!

I hope you feel better! I think the time and the weather change has made us feel yucky. I don't like it being so dark this early in the day :guilty:

:rotfl2: I'm a spoiler junky too!!! You read right, I had a feeling it would have been him. Next week looks pretty interesting too! It's hard to see who you can really trust  Have fun watching it! I can't wait to see what is happening with Kate and Sawyer. I think we'll see Jack and Juliet together popcorn:: I can't wait to see her in the Santa Clause 3!! I hope to watch it this weekend!

I will tell her! You mean he's as ornery as ever :rotfl2: Take care and tell everyone I love 'em!

Hi everybody!

How many of you are getting tired of seeing my posts? :rotfl2: I think sometimes I go overboard :sad2:

Anywho....

I weighed myself today and I've stayed the same! That's fine with me :thumbsup2 This weekend is another busy one! We are going to a concert Saturday nite and Sunday nite, we will be to a small (very small) church singing. Poor people, they have no clue I'm coming :lmao: And somewhere between all of this, I hope to get to the movies to see Santa Clause 3! :teeth:

Great pics. Wendy!
We get alot of deer here too....I almost hit a huge buck the other day...He was all puffed up..Had to have at least 10 points....BUT gone in a flash...I thinks its rut season here ......They get crazy in rut...and are not careful at all...
I was late to volleyball on Monday because a woman swerved to miss a buck about a mile or so past our house. She was airborne and jumped over a brook, she landed in the trees but somehow didn't end up hitting a single tree.
She got out of her vehicle, started walking on the road. The sun was just setting. There's alot of hunters on our road right now, one of whom stopped to pick her up. He brought her to our house, we're the last ones with electricity for quite a ways. We called the police and had them send out an ambulance to check her out. She was okay, and her car ended up getting more damage from being hauled out by the wrecker than from the accident. My husband kept wanting to ask her about the deer but she was so upset he didn't dare to. Hopefully I will get a chance to go hunting tomorrow. Can't shoot the does or the lambs.

I'd like to take the kids to see Santa Claus 3 too. It won't be happening this weekend, maybe veterans day.

I missed 2 wks of tae kwon do but went back last night. Wished I would have forced myself to go last week, I would have tested for my blue belt, now I have to wait a few more weeks. My own fault, I should have just gone last week!....Lesson Learned!!

Robin - well done on losing 1/2 lb, I bet that will make you feel great before your cruise when you'll be wearing your new clothes

Kelly - I never tire of your posts (so carry on please - LOL). I agree, I think that Jack & Juliet will end up together

Wendy - Enjoy your hunting

Have a great weekend everyone

Mandy :)

Wow Wendy! That poor woman, glad you guys helped her out! Have fun hunting!

Do you and Eric hunt together? CW would never let me go, I would be hollaring thru the woods "Run Bambi!" :rotfl2:

We weren't married even a full week yet when he came home one night, walked through the door and said "Come here Kelly, I brought you something". He gave me a piggyback ride to the back of his truck where I thought that he'd bought me a piece of furniture or something. I was excited!

BUT BOY WAS I WRONG :sad2: There laid a beautiful buck with his tongue hanging out. *Sorry to be graphic guys* I hopped off his back and ran back to the house upset.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not against hunting. I just wasn't raised into that kinda thing. I'm a big animal lover, hate to see anything killed. And here I married an avid hunter who did taxidermy :lmao: Opposites DO attract!

Enjoy your weekend! Take care all :grouphug:

I haven't been following this at all, is this to do with all the celebrities Betsy ? Have they been giving out clues or anything as to what's going on ?

Is anyone Christmas shopping this weekend ? Let us know what you buy :thumbsup2

Mandy :)

Hi Mandy :wave2: Don't worry about your slip up. It happens to me a lot! I am trying really hard this time not to let my weight go back up, but I'm really scared that it will.

I have been eating dark chocolate in very small pieces to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I have read you can loose 2lbs per a week healthfully???? Don't know how true this is, but I would like to do it. It seems hard. I did do the South beach diet a couple of years ago and lost 12 lbs in two weeks, but gained it right back because I didn't continue with it. So it has taken me two years to gradually loose 11 to present day without the southbeach diet.

If you ever want to PM me with tips, info, or just to talk about weight loss (or for any reason), feel free. I could really use the support. I use to think I would never have to worry about weight and then, boom, two kids. I lost the weight with them but I had this thing about finishing off their left overs. You know not letting food go to waste :guilty: Also I think reaching 30 my metabolism has slowed down.

Have a great weekend.

Paula

This is one of my biggest problems, I just can't stop nibbling between meals especially if the kids have had something nice :thumbsup2

Yay !! It's Saturday, we're not doing anything special, but it's just nice not to be rushing around

Hunting is one of those things I do more FOR Eric than WITH Eric. I don't hunt much, I'll go maybe three times during deer season. If I get one, I get one, If not...oh well. We really enjoy watching them around our house so we don't shoot much around here. Eric and the kids do enjoy venison steak sandwiches though. I, on the other hand, like my meat to come packaged on styrophome with plastic wrap and a bar code and price tag! :rotfl: I never imagined myself as a hunter, heck, I used to hate dating guys that were hunters, but Eric is so proud when he tells a story of me getting a deer. (even the stories of me not getting a deer, the run of the mill hunting stories) And the animal doesn't go to waste as the rest of the family enjoys it's flavor and my mom makes mincemeat for pie and gives to older people she knows who love mincemeat but they can't make it themselves anymore. It works for us but I understand it isn't for everyone! :teeth:
