I think the easiest way would be to :- right click on the piccie, left click on properties, copy the address (url), paste it into your siggie, then put

either side of it

Ok... let me throw another one at ya....

I want to use a different avatar, I've been trying for a few weeks with no luck. How can I get a different one than what's listed? They are in jpg format

Now avatars were a bit more difficult for me. First I went on Google images and typed in Disney avatars, when you find one that is the right size (pixel size should be no bigger than 100 x 100 I think), then I had to save it to my computer. When you go into your avatar (on the Dis) click browse - and you should find the piccies saved to your computer

Sorry I feel like I've rambled on a bit there, and I think I've confused myself now I hope that helps, unfortunately I'm not very computer savvy

What is the job description and responsibilities of a grade school guidance counselor?

Last year I felt Randall needed a "go-to" person at school. Randall is quite small for his age and has bowel and bladder issues. Randall utilizes the handicapped bathroom so he doesn't have to be confronted by the other kids in the public bathroom. He also has fine motor issues and back problems as well as other less obvious issues. I felt he needed someone to touch base with him on a regular basis to make sure there wasn't any teasing or maybe he just needed someone to talk to about school because he hates it sooooo much. The principal last year agreed and set up an informal meeting with the counselor and I, at which point she told me that wasn't really her job and maybe I should take him to a psychologist. Not that I wouldn't have, but I was taken back by her answer. Needless to say the principal backed me up and she took Randall out of the classroom TWICE last year.(big deal...2 times! ) We have a new principal this year, one that I'm not familiar with, so I fell like I don't have the back up I used to. Randall's teacher has spoken the guidance counselor about Randall and told me that the counselor would probably get in contact with me about taking Randall out on a regular basis because he is either in a really happy/hyper mood or he is completely miserable.There's no happy medium. I just find it interesting that I suggested she meet with him last year but it didn't seem to be a good idea, now the teacher is requesting it and 3 wks later and I still haven't heard from the counselor. I figure I must not really know what her job is. I know that my kids have a guidance class once a week that the whole class participates in, but other than that I'm confused.

sounds like a terrible guidance counselor. the GC at our school is awesome and goes oout of her way to help kids with all sorts of needs and issues. I am sorry that your GC is not committed to helping the children - very upsetting

It was hard getting the pictures because I had to take them from the "wood stove room". There's wood piled up everywhere drying for the winter. I never realized that window was so dirty 'til I tried to take pictures through it. My camera kept trying to focus on the dirt on the window instead of what was behind the dirt. Needless to say,...the window is clean now!!

We get alot of deer here too....I almost hit a huge buck the other day...He was all puffed up..Had to have at least 10 points....BUT gone in a flash...I thinks its rut season here ......They get crazy in rut...and are not careful at all...

Good late morning everyone! Hope you all are having a great day so far!

I love the pics of the deer, couldn't tell the window was dirty And just like Betsy, out of the blue a doe popped out of the woods Tuesday nite about 20 yards ahead of me. Thank the Lord I slowed down to almost a stop, a beautiful buck jumped right out chasing her (poor thing, it's the same thing even in their world ).

I can't wait for Friday! It seems like Monday has been repeating itself over and over this week

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm leaving in the morning to help Alex move his stuff to his new home.

I'll be gone until Monday or Tuesday.

Well I've had a bad week as far as my dieting has gone, I feel like I've pigged out all week - so basically, I won't be weighing myself tomorrow as I don't want to depress myself, and hopefully next week I'll get back on track

Also I'm feeling a bit achy and heady today, I think I might be coming down with something (just what I need for the weekend). Nevermind, hopefully I'll be feeling better soon

Are you still keeping up with Lost Kelly? We're just downloading last nights episode, I've already read a few spoilers (I can't help myself - LOL) and I was shocked to hear that Mr Eko had died. So I'm really looking forward to watching this over the weekend
