The Newtown branch of the family is leaving on Thursday the 5th and driving to St. Augustine Beach where my mom lives. We'll deposit the yellow lab and then will get to Port late Friday evening. The Warrington branch is leaving Friday around Noon - they can't push it with the school days for the older girls. They'll drive straight through to the Port.

James - Good to hear from you again. Hopefully you'll be a good patient and give that foot the rest it needs.

No docs here either, but I'm linked to Donna's ressie. We are leaving Friday afternoon around 12:00 pm so the kids don't miss another day of school (just a half) and then not much of a pad. We're going straight through. Please... NO TRAFFIC ON 95. I'm nervous about getting through DC at rush hour on a Friday.
I'll be one with my hair standing straight up from the 18 gallons of coffee and the shot nerves from the 3 kids screaming, "are we there yet" for the last 7 hours of the trip.

AND BY THE WAY... TAN FAT IS PRETTY!
I'm bringing my airbrush and I'll set up appoinments on the verandah. Now wouldn't that be funny?
Oh, by the way... I hate to burst your bubble but since you asked, I AM a supermodel.

WE ARE DOWN TO TWO WEEKS or 14 DAYS or 2 WEEKENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally started pulling stuff out of my closet and summer boxes- i am pretty pleased that everything fits and is too big- i have lost 46lbs and I am a super model (only kidding, i wish!!)

james, please rest up - gotta be in tip top pirate condition for the cruise and thank you for offering the use of your PC - i will have enough memory so that i won't need to download anything

tiggerzfan i hope you get your docs soon! can you give your TA a call??

i ordered a Grumpy hat for DH- i hope it gets here in time!

Bratray - Congrat's on the 43 pounds... that's awesome. I got to 50 pounds this past Tuesday, so I'm thrilled. After 2 kids and 15 years of marriage, I'll never look like a super model, but darn it, I'm going to feel as close to one as possible

Hi, my name is Leah and we are also booked on the May 7th cruise! This is my first time posting but I have been reading all the posts for quite awhile now....just could never get up the courage to post. We are from Ohio and consist of DH 33, DW 32, DS 11, and DS 9. We were on the Wonder last January so this is our second cruise, but I am so excited that I feel like this is our first one. I am really looking forward to getting away especially since they are calling for snow showers on Saturday and Sunday. I have been packed for nearly a month now.. all except the last minute things. Nice to meet you all and look forward to seeing you all in 2 weeks.

We are starting to really panic about whether or not to reschedule the cruise because of my foot. I am still having a lot of pain and swelling, and I cannot walk long distances.

The other option is to rent a wheelchair in FL for the cruise, unless I suddenly get a lot better. *wishful thinking* It sounds like I wouldn't be able to go on the submarine excursion in Cozumel if I'm in a wheelchair (15 minute walk, possibly a boat ride to the submarine, nowhere to put a wheelchair, and a 7-step ladder to navigate).

We have been looking forward to this for more than a year, so the thought of rescheduling or being in a wheelchair for the trip really upsets me!

We were planning to start packing Monday, but I guess that will have to wait. I see another Doctor on Tuesday and I guess we will decide what to do after that...

Dont give up... you've waiting way too long. You'll have to double check, but I think they have wheelchairs onboard. Most of us are pushing strollers, just think of it as a bigger stroller. Hope you are feeling better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jott - Sending plenty of your way. You still have two weeks to heal. Even if you need a wheelchair to do the long walks for you, you should still be okay for the shorter ones. Hope all goes well.
