Hello I arrive at WDW the 13th around 11AM :) and leave early morning on the 19th :( . I have then Thursday until Tuesday to enjoy. We, my wife and I, just bought the park hopper plus. Here what we think is a good strategy:

Thursday: Epcot, (thurday night: California grill)
Friday: Magic Kingdom
Saturday: Typhoon Lagoon (too bad BB is not available)
Saturday night: Boma
Sunday: AK
Monday (Saint-Patrick's day: 6-yr anniversary of the time we fist met) MGM and at night Pleasure Island
Tuesday: MK/Epcot (the stuff we missed)

What do you think about that guys. That is the first time I go to WDW. My wife and I have been to Disneyland California and my wife to Disneyland Paris (to give you an idea of what we know about Walt Disney Theme Park).

Reading to guides, it seems to be a good strategy to avoid crowds but you have a better idea for sure.

Thanks in advance for the help. :)

Just a few suggestions...Could you switch your park days to MK that on Friday? Or your PS to a MK day? That would save a lot of travel time??? Plus, Epcot has some very nice dining experiences- you might try one! You won't want to miss Illuminations at Epcot. And, you might want to eat at Boma on Sunday night, as AK closes early (plenty of time for dinner) and you're already in the neighborhood! Then you can spend time after dinner looking at the resort and animals. Then you could go to PI on Saturday night, and save a whole day for MGM. You'll definately want to stay for Fantasmic!!! As a couple of twentysomethings on our honeymoon, we declared it "not to be missed". (Several guide books agree!).

What ever you decide, have a great time!!! Renessa

Hello,

Concerning the MGM thing, we wanted to do fantasmic and then go to Pleasure Island (around 8, 8:30 I guess) and go home around 2AM. So it seems that it works.

The reason we wanted to do Epcot on Friday is because there is an Early entry to MK on thursday and we thought MK will be extremely crowded on Thursday, don't you think so?

Moreover we arrive on the 13th at 10:30AM, so we supposed that it was better to do EPCOT on thursday because EPCOT close at 9PM (with the world showcase from 7 to 9 and illuminations).

I did another PS to California grill on friday so that it gives us the option to choose between thursday or friday although the PS time on friday is not as good as the one on thursday.
That gives us the choice.
If we do not like EPCOT, we would do the illuminations on thursday but if we do like EPCOT and did not do all we wanted, we can attend the illuminations show on Tuesday (the last day of our trip "when we do stuff we missed).

My only question then is to know whether MK is crowded on thursday given the fact that there is an early entry.

Given your advice so far, we think that we want to keep our option open concerning California grill (thursday and Friday), so that we can choose.

What do you think?

thank you so much for your advice. :)
