I don't know how may points you are awarding KT for going to Buckeye football with her Dad in the COLD!! She doesn't have an ounce of fat on her to keep her warm. I think this borders on child abuse (but probably not as serious an offense as making your daughter haul the wine for Dad).

You should have seen Lisa this morning. You would think we still lived in Michigan. She had on so many layers of clothes and she stilled complained about how cold she was. Good thing it was a Tuesday which means she has flute before school, so I drove her in. Otherwise, she has to take the bus.

Next year will really be tough for her. The middle school is less than 2 miles away, so no bus. She will have to walk, ride her bike or make arrangements with a friend in the neighborhood whose Mom is "nice" and drives her into school every day (she lasted riding the bus for one week over the 6 years in elementary school).

WORSE than making her go in the cold to watch football is making her wear PANTS when she goes. I buy her ONE pair of pants for the winter and the ONLY time she wears them are at football games. Even today...temp 10 degrees, she'll wear a dress!

(although this year I did convince her to get a pair of flannel pants for lounging around in)

Child abuse would be not letting her go to the games. She's as rabid a BUCKEYE fan as i am... more so in some ways. She actually boo-ed Mickey Mouse when she saw him directing the Michigan Marching Band in the Rose Bowl Parade.

Speaking of the Rose Bowl, maybe next year the Big Ten representative will be a team that can actually win it!

Depending on the model it will laminate, create stickers or create magnets (or a combination of those--i.e. laminate one side, sticker the other)

somehow there are cartridges you pop in depending on what you want to create. maybe it adheres a thin layer or magnet paper. Mary will know b/c she has one of these machines.
