We still will, Ginnie Springs. It is fun to watch the pick up truck haul the tubes back with forth with their dogs and beer cans hanging out. Thankfully, they do not dive so not much of a problem for us and also give Matt something to look at while sitting at the bottom :earseek: :earseek:
That is true, LOL! Last time I was there, it was like that. I've never seen people make such a production out of inner tubing down a river before. These guys and ther "babes" had a train of large inner tubes with several that held coolers stocked full of beer and other stuff to make them stupid.

We even found a full beer while we were diving that some drunk soul had dropped.

Pretty funny stuff!!

We will call this a Redneck TOP pirate:

Now I don't only have to read the posts, but I have to read all of the "reason edited" comments! I'll never get anything done!

$81 a month probably wouldn't cut it for us. Our lowest electric bill last year was $144, our highest $265. I'd love it if they'd let me pay $81 a month, but that won't cut it.
Hey, thats considering that I run my AC at 69 most days, cuz it is nasty hot here in in the summer......I disagree with Cajungirl, i think the humidity here in GA is WAY worse than in FLA.

Oh, that's cool. You can buy yours at noon? In Ohio we have to wait until 1:00 pm! By the time we're out of church and breakfast it's STILL too early to buy anything!! I just never PLAN to get drunk on a Sunday until the last minute....I have a hard time with these laws!
Here in the bible belt, there are no liquor sales on SUndays except restaurants....I had never heard of such a thing before I moved here.

Is it time for a top?

Why, yes it is! TOP of page 100, in fact!
:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: # cheers for Diana on getting the TOP of the 100th page. Whew what an accomplishment!

Even deeper in the Bible belt... You cant even buy liquor in restaraunts on sunday here. You have to go over the FLA border to get it. That is about another 10 min drive.

So Maggie goes to doggy daycare tomorrow for TWELVE wonderful hours. The downside is, I need to leave here by 6:45 am to get her there (they want new dogs to get there early so they can greet one dog at a time as they come in instead of being overwhelmed by 25 dogs who are already there)
Ok, this is funny. You're going to send the puppy you can't abide to DAY CARE every day? Is this instead of finding her another home? At this point, seems like it would be simpler. Unless you're having a guilt attack, but I could get over that. Maybe she needs to be adopted by a dog trainer, then you could go get yourselves a nice golden retriever.

no no no. not every day. just once in awhile. especially when the weather is just so bad she can't get out to exercise her. being in the retriever group she is very high energy and goes nuts if she's not worn out. thought I'd take her tomorrow and see how it goes (only doing the 12 hours b/c Maggie's trainer doesn't come in until 1--and it'd be nice for Lindsay to see Maggie--otherwise I'd do the 1/2 day.

It'd be very hard to get rid of her, as much as I think that would make my life MUCH simpler. The kids (at least KT) are very attached and I'd be a mean mom for the rest of my life. Besides, I do see a lot of potential in her--during her quiet times--but those times come around only if she's be adequately exercised for the day. Gotta keep remembering she is only 7 months old. :)

And if Maggie ever goes....there will NEVER be another dog. Ever. Hear that, Cupcake? ;)

Had wine at Sam's once. Until Cupcake took it out of the basket, looked at it and then replaced it in the front child seat. First bump we hit it went sailing out the leg hole and make a horrible clunk sound as it hit the floor....but it didn't break....until it then tipped over....and then the whole thing shattered and wine, glorious wine, went pouring all over....

So I had to go tell the Sam's club ppl that we "came across a broken bottle of wine in the computer aisle."

Hey, you weren't supposed to tell that story!

Speaking of Cupcake...hey honey, sugar plum, darling....

Who's job was it to disconnect the hose from the hose bib BEFORE the temperature plummeted to 4 degrees and the line burst?

ok, ok, so the line hasn't burst YET, but I'm waiting for it to happen anytime.

Score another two points for Florida-living.

Serious pay cut....add 15 points for Ohio. ;)

MUCH less vacation time...another 5 points for Ohio.

No Buckeye football in FL....3 points for Ohio.

Being able to actually sit at your computer without shivering ....20 points for FL! ;)

I'm going to bed. The bed has been adequately preheated now so it will be comfy cozy. Electric mattress pad--flannel sheets--flannel PJ's.....bet you don't need all of THOSE things in FL!

WHAT?!? Only 3 points for no Buckeye football?!? How long have we been married, cupcake?
