So slow that I didn't go back and edit my UTOP. Love that pirate name, Stacey. Do we get to hear the story?

I'm not sure it would be quite so funny in print. It has to do with a toe that I have that has no bone in it...so it's all wrinkled up. When Jordan was little, she said it looked like a *****!

I just KNEW they would edit that. Anyway, when Jared was born, Jordan watched me change his diaper, and asked us "How come he's got that funny little TOE there?" Get it??? :rotfl2:

Coach, what you mean is, who hasn't gotten their docs that were IN ON THE BET?We on the West side of the country know better than to take a sucker bet like that.

Yeah...what she said! Thanks, Diana!

I'm glad to see that Coachpug is posting about the traffic. The tough part is that there are not any really good detours in that area. I'm sure we will come up with some before the cruise. Stay tuned if you are going to be driving the Beachline (yes, they changed the name).

Coach and Kiki are busy this evening serving a very important function. They are my fire break. Their subdivision is between fire and me so I feel a whole lot better knowing Coach is out there being my fire break.

Kevin and Diana, as you think about moving to Florida, just keep in mind it's not only the hurricanes you need to worry about, it's also the fires. :rotfl2:

And yes it does affect all of you who wanted me to pick up Banfi. The traffic was so heavy in our area because 95 being closed I did not get over to the wine store. May be this week after the reopen 95.

There are new fires now along 4 and 75, both are also closed for a stretch tonight.

Maybe we should be hoping for a hurricane.

I like yall and all that, but I dont think about stuff like that! LOL

You missed the posts where we said we were bringing each other Tiffany bracelets???
Well, we drew names, and you got MY name....so I am expecting a Tiffany bracelet from you!

Black Anne Kid

ok... I did the quiz one... and it said....

pirate: Iron Roger Rackham pirate:
A pirate's life isn't easy; it takes a tough person. That's okay with you, though, since you a tough person. You have the good fortune of having a good name, since Rackham (pronounced RACKem, not rack-ham) is one of the coolest sounding surnames for a pirate. Arr!

Hey, and a piratic "U TOP" ta boot.... ARRRR!

Who is bringing Scoopie to the cruise? I'm thinking it is Sandi and family - correct?

Great Minds...

I PM'd Sandi and Virgil to coordinate the swap.

SCOOPIE will be on his way to his final stop before the cruise....

Uh...honey....I love you, but that's OLD news. We've rehashed that story several times on this thread (and possibly the 10 day thread)

You REALLY need to keep up (ok, ok, you could say the same about me and the housework!) ;)

You mean you are not using your cloths???
I have been telling everyone and have got them all ordering them. :teeth:

We watched the orange glow through the trees last night... from our house its about a mile or so away as the crow flies... we got a reverse-911 "you might need to evacuate, so be prepared" call yesterday... if you go to wesh.com, you can watch the live coverage from the chopper...

Send any PD and all the rain you can spare!!!

A few years ago we were in WDW and the fires were so bad you could hardly breathe outside, it was awful and we spent very little time out.

....two of the girls gave out pedicure kits so a select group of the regulars after we had a day long discussion on pedicures.

let's see, If I was to base a welcome gift based on discussions, our major conversation topics of late have been various bodily functions and sickness.

I can round up all of the (unused) barf bags as I leave the airplane :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Not funny. On the last trip Nick got sick on our last night (I'm still not sure we'll be allowed back in the MCO Hyatt) and he spent that next day with a barf bag up to his face. Poor little thing just looked like death warmed over. People sure did steer clear of him though! :)

Oh my goodness. I've got enough to pack without worrying about the things I need to pack so I can enjoy them IN my stateroom. I'm not even IN my stateroom that much!!! And if I am, I'm sleeping or on the verandah....or sleeping on the verandah!

I think it would be nicer is some fellow cruiser didn't feel entitled to anything I hung on MY stateroom door! Surprisingly, this was also the cruise where my MIL got an official DVC/DCL magnet stolen off of her door. Just ridiculous!

I agree, was just giving another option so the 3d magnet doesn't get stolen!!!
It is sad that even people on DCL have sticky fingers :sad2: :sad1: :sad2: :sad1: :sad2: :sad1: :sad2: :sad1:
