Kevin....question....I think I'm going to get Jay and Jared and I new fins. I want to get the shorter, split fins. They have the adjustable strap heel...does that mean we have to wear booties with them...or can I wear my snorkel sox, or go barefoot?

All the open heel fins are meant to be worn with a bootie. You would definitely tear up the foot after awhile if going without. Check out the ScubaPro TwinJets. For splits, they are a very nice fin.

The black fins are slightly negative, the grey and cobalt are slight positive buoyant if it matters.

Stacey, I hope Jordan feels better. Hope your stab wound is better too. Be careful! That sounds like something I'd do though.

I was single parent this morning getting myself & the girls ready and off to day care & school. Bruce went to try to register them for swimming lessons at the Y. Registration opens at 6:00 a.m. and you have to be there at 5:20 when it opens to get a number if you want to have any chance of getting a slot. He was able to get Ashley in but not Emily.

Emily's snowman was due at school today so I had to walk her in to carry it ... me and every other K parent! At least we got there before it was too much of a madhouse in the parking lot. She did a princess snowgirl & named her Princess Victoria Snow. There were some cute snowmen in the halls ... very creative parents.

Woo Hoo!!!! Just put through the final payment for the cruise. We are now paid in full! Now we just have to do the rental car and a place to stay the night before and we are done!

Happens all the time at our house. Nobody's sick, they just "have a cat". A cat in your lap is supposed to be a good excuse to get someone else to wait on you.

Pam - that's exactly what I did. My cycle closed on the 25th so I went and put the last part on today. It sure feels good to have it paid off and it feels even better knowing what we paid vs. what we would have to pay if we booked today!
