MAN! I'm finally caught up! Just in time for the next onslaught, I'm sure...

I can't believe that Curt didn't post yet...

Yep - We're in. We got a Cat. 11, Deck 7, Room #7623, Early dining. Curt and I were both calling. Although he made it through first, I got to a human while he was still on hold. We'll definitely stick with the 407 number next time - it was the only way I got through. I sure do wish I'd known how the "Dead Silence" thing was working, because I was one of the dopes that hung-up. Oh well! We're on, with our first Cat. choice, so no complaints!

I can't wait to be crazy with all of you! And Curt is just as geeked! When I was speaking with MS, I told him that they were going to have a rowdy bunch. He just laughed. He should be scared...

This is our first Member's Cruise, but it will be our fifth with DCL.

I finally get to add the SSMC06 logo - YAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Whew! Well it was quite a day yesterday wasn't it! The excitement started brewing in chat on Friday night and kept going into Saturday morning.

We had 38 people in chat on Saturday - a number that still shocks me. It was one big call in party!

I was beat so went to bed at 9 pm. Missed all the evening fun here but that's why I'm now up at 2 am.

I've gotten some more new updates to the website. I'll handle those later in the morning when I'm more awake.

To those who have done a member cruise before - you know what you are in for!

To those who have done a member cruise before but not as part of this group - well I think you are in for an ever better time.

To those who have never done a member event - buckle up you are in for the ride of your life. DVC does it first class. They do like to surprise though so please don't get frustrated if we don't know every little thing. Of course we've learned to read their updates a little more closely and look for clues like royalty night.

Glad you all are joining us. Hope you all post often and join the fun!

If anyone has something they want added to the webpage just let Mark and I know. We will try and keep that updated with the important information so it doesn't get lost in the fluff.

I think it's neat that there are so many couple who do post. Gary and I have done that. I've seen Mark & Mary do it. I've seen curtdennis & gusgus4figaro (or whatever Karen's name is). It's cute.

Those of you who are sharing an id really need to split up. One night, Stacy's husband, Jeff, joined us in chat. At first we didn't know it was him. We thought it was Stacy until he confessed that it wasn't.

And, in no time, we'll see Bruce The Shark post too. Of course, we won't know for certain if it's Bruce or Diana.

Just goes to show that DVC makes for happy couples!

I fear, however, that I have created a monster in Curt... Remember how I used to wish that he'd jump in, and defended him as not being anti-social? He keeps up with the posts better than I do! And who was the one in both Chats? Three guesses...

Too funny about DianaBruce! They obviously have a very close marriage, since they are occasionally one-and-the-same!

Hey everyone, we're off to WDW for a couple days (we'll be back tomorrow afternoon). But, I wanted to say that for those that got involved in SSMC05 with our post-cruise DVD/CD project. Chris is thinking that we can do it again after SSMC06.

Here's what we did, but I think a lot of people got left out because they didn't post back to our thread after the cruise. We had everyone that was interested send us a CD of all of their cruise pictures. Then, Chris compiled them all, sized them all about the same, and then created either a DVD or CDs of everyone's pictures and sent them out to those that sent in their pictures. I was amazed to see everyone's pictures because I saw SO many things that I missed on the ship. It really was cool.

Anyway, the SSMC05 cruisers that were involved just got their picture DVD/CDs last week, so they can attest that we had almost 4000 pictures and that was only for about 14 people. So, if might be interested, remember to come back to the thread AFTER the cruise, because we'll talk about it and see if we can do it again.

I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my DVD.

And I agree, I saw a few pictures and said to myself "where was I when that was going on?" Now I can get my scrapbook going since I have SO MANY to choose from!!!

Here's a little something about me....I am very sarcastic (maybe a NY thing), so please don't take any of the crazy stuff I say literally....ie--I don't drug my kids so I can DIS , I don't pay these guys to be friends with me (they actually pay me to be friends with them!) , and I certainly don't bite!! So if I ever say anything you just aren't quiet sure about, just ask....I'll tell you the truth in a pm, cause I don't want to ruin my reputation!
