tinkcindy - I know how hard it is to add exercise. I am the "QUEEN" of procrastination when it comes to exercise!! You just have to push yourself through those first couple of days and it will get easier. It is much easier than it was last week. Comeon you can do it!!! Get that motor running
NYcpa - WOO HOO!! You go girl signing up for a marathon!! How about eating small meals throughout the day. Does that work for you? Unfortunately it doesn't for me being a sub. So I tried to have a couple of nuts or sourdough pretzels handy to sneak when the kids aren't watching
Regina - Chicken Soup - Huge favorite in this house!! My daughter is sick AGAIN!! She was just sick on her b-day 2 weeks ago and came home yesterday with a temp. Send some this way

Went to the fitness center yesterday and worked on the bike for 15 mins then walked for 25 minutes on the walking track. Then took a one hour Total Body Flex class OH MY GOSH!!
I was sweating up a storm. Plus in the am walked 2 miles with the WATP DVD. YEA FOR ME!!!!
Took the morning off because I got home too late last night and didn't get to sleep until really late. Going swimming after work.
Have a magical Disney Day!!

...and I think your trainer is right...I remember fretting over "big meals" when I was losing last year and that same week I'd lose 3-4 pounds...I think sometimes we get to a point where we're just not hungry so we don't eat as much...I know I've had many days under 1000 calories and the scale isn't moving..gotta add more veggies and fruits! So, eat well and keep up that training!
) I was arguing with myself about whether or not to exercise. I decided I just needed to do it. So, I did the FIRM's CAWT which is 60 minutes of challenging exercise! Whew! I have to say that I feel much better now!

The exercise is rolling along, my eating is very good, my water is slowly getting better thanks to that song I can't flush out of my head...so hopefully the scales will be kind..I'm even thinking of buying a new scale that shows tenths...instead of 1/2 pounds..just so I can see some progress!

CCD makes your other fat cells feel crowded and squished...we need to give them ROOM so when they pop our bodies feel small!
Don't let them fool you..they only taste good for a minute..then they're laughing all the way to your belly to check in for a long stay!
Frozen cookie dough takes some effort to get out...use your energy to work out...then have a nice cool drink of water....ahhh refreshing!
