I am there with V. I think I am overpacking - want to bring fun stuff for everyone to wear. You should have play time/dress up time on vacation right? But I know I will get grief from hubby.

Luckily they are small enough that their clothes aren't that bulky yet. Usually I spend a lot of time on Jaea's clothes and throw stuff together for Giona because he doesn't care what he wears. But this time I did give some thought to pictures though I don't want everything to seem too planned. Have to leave room for that great messy Mcikey ice cream bar shot.

Maybe we should put all the dress clothes in there. We decided to rent a SUV to make sure we have enough room. The garment bag is more compact I guess than another suitcase.

That's funny you say that b/c we have to make sure all our cars that we rent are big enough.

I am trying to talk myself out of bringing a holiday dress for Jaea to take pics in. I mean we can really do this at home right? I'd rather bring an extra princess dress.

or should I?

It's horrible - I have several nagging questions like this.

I'm not like Lisa at all - you see she is solving world peace and healthcare issues. I'm only worrying about dresses.

OMG Diana - Light dawns over Marblehead. I just realized a 6 degress of dis moment. We could have had a minimeet just by me walking out the door for a few minutes! Why the heck didn't I connect this everytime JMU was mentioned in the past - duh!

Oh man, now I need to swear you to what happens on the ship stays on the ship.

I never got to post about thanksgiving dinner. I can't believe no one serves squash. I love winter squash baked in halves. or butternut squash.

I like color on the table - tgiving seems to be all brown - turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy.

Pureed beets are really pretty and colorful. Fresh cranberries, not the canned stuff, are really nice too.

Gack, squash gag, beets cough.I appreciate the color on the table but would someone need to eat it? My DH loves squash. There is nothing one could do to doctor it up to have me eat it. Oh wait I lie - pumpkin is a squash really isn't it? I love pumpkin pie. Gee, you are correct Elaine. I love squash too.
