My son would love to have more wii friends he is 11 Not sure how to PM can you please PM me...
I got your PM and sent you one.

We finally received our letter from DCL yesterday, about the itinerary change. I'm kind of sad about it too. DH and I have been to Grand Cayman before, but haven't been to Costa Maya. We didn't really have any plans for Costa Maya though. We're seeing the Tulum ruins, when we go to Cozumel.

I've changed the door magnet and will post the updated one, if anyone wants it.

We got ours yesterday also. I kinda like Grand Cayman and dont mind going back. I just we had some more time in port. We are only there from 11 - 4:30. Since we will be tendering there, things will seem rushed.

I had read on another post about the time in port. I agree it seems like it will be very rushed at GC. We might just skip any excursions and spend the day at the beach. But it helps me with the decision to do stingrays at CC.

My sister who is travelling with us recd a letter from DCL saying the itinerary changed and we are no longer going to Costa Maya. :confused3 Because of Hurricane Dean last year. SO they added Grand Cayman on Wed the day after Cozumel. We were sad about missing the ruins.

We have not recd the letter yet but I am sure any day

Also count the 8 of us in for the GRAB BAG great idea.

Kim:cheer2:

Yes, we received our letter yesterday about the itinerary change. We happy to be going back to Grand Cayman. We also received a DCL trip planning booklet. Glad you like the grab bag idea, look forward to meeting you.

lexandme--I can't PM (private message) you or e-mail you my DS's info. It's either because you don't have enough posts or you don't have it turned on in your options. You can e-mail me or post a few more times.

See, and no one believed me when I said I am computer challenged! I will go back and see if I have it turned on in my options. My son (Ian) asked me this morning if I had heard anything about IM and meeting people his age before the trip. If I can't figure it out I will post my e-mail.

I purchased Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party tickets on Monday. It's official, we'll spend the night before the cruise at the MK.

I went to the Disney Store this afternoon and have already begun to purchase things for the grab bag/fish extender! I am having a difficult time waiting for this trip!:drive: :dance3: :drive:

I think I have it turned on now!
What is the website address as well?

Well, we had big plans for this evening. Late this morning my DH came in the house and was as white as a ghost. He then stood up and about passed out and stumbled. He had gone out to get a cow up on the four wheeler, hit something in the field and was thrown off of the four wheeler. He broke his collar bone in to three pieces and we spent the morning/part of the afternoon at the ER.:sad2: They had to try to reset it because it's a really bad break, and I thought I might pass out when they did that! I felt so bad for him! So, now we're home for the night and will just listen to the fireworks from inside the house.:upsidedow We are really going to need this trip when it finally comes! It seems that luck hasn't been on our side lately--atleast good luck that is!;) I guess it could always be worse.

Tell your DH that we're thinking about him here in Pennsylvania. Now he needs to take it easy and heal. 140 days until we sail and he needs to feel better! I wish I could send you some good luck - keep believing in the magic!:shamrock:

Susan--YIKES!!! That stinks, the ER is not a good place to be any day, especially not a holiday. Tell Brian we hope he gets to feeling better soon. Kevin offered to come be a cattle rustler if you need him.

AHHH Susan!!! I'm so sorry your husband (and you) had to go through this!! I hope this doesn't keep him from working on the farm. Hang in there and give him lots of TLC!! I'm sure it's painful!

Sending lots of hugs and pixie dust!!:tinker:

Thanks for the info! I have been exploring and am learning all about threads and contact info. I edited my profile, info etc. I also went to the web site and just "met" a lot of people. This is great. I don't feel so alone with my WDW/DCL obsession any more!
I will give DS the info you sent me as soon as he wakes up.

That horrible! Make sure he gets healed up for the cruise. It will be well deserved when it gets here.

Here's a question for all of you experienced cruisers. When I told my DH about formal dinner attire for one of the meals he was not pleased! Our friends that are cruising with us have done formal night and he rented a tux and she wore a formal dress. My question is; what is the least formal he can get away with? He does not want to rent a tux nor does he want to pack a suit. He's willing to bring nice slacks and a shirt. Will that be ok or should we plan on ordering room service for him that night?! He said "It's my vacation. I wasn't planning on wearing anything but shorts and a t-shirt!" :sad2:

I have seen the attire at formal night across the whole spectrum. Most guys wear a coat and tie. Not a whole lot of tuxes. I've seen turtle necks and coats (problably what I will be wearing on this cruise - I hate ties). Some wear button down shirt, ties, slacks.

Thank you everyone for the warm wishes! Brian is feeling a lot better today. He didn't stay down like the doctor told him to though:confused: --he's out on the combine today! I told him he had better hope the doctor on Monday doesn't have to try to reset it. He doesn't really listen to me on things like this though. He says he's got things to do.:confused3

I think I read in an earlier post that it's only about 140 days until we cruise! That sounds so much better than 4 months and something!:yay: I am glad that Brian will be totally healed by then and that this injury won't affect our trip. Have a great weekend!

My DH does polos and slacks for the regular dinners, shirt and tie for Palo and semi-formal, and a suit for formal. (We ship the suits and dresses ahead of time in a box).

Each cruise I've seen a few tuxes but never that many. I think even a button shirt without a tie would be fine. You really will see the whole spectrum. Don't order room service, whatever you wear will be fine, some will be dressier than you and I guarantee, there will be some less dessier.
