10/17 Wonder -- Are you sailing with us?!?

My family also cruised on the Magic this past January. This will be my first time on the Wonder.

There were 4 of us on the Magic in January......and 3 this trip. We decided to let ds(3) at home w/grandparents so dh and I can possibly do some "adult" things while dd(11) is in the club. ;)

This will be our first time on the Wonder. We have been on 3 previous DCL cruises, 3-day in August 1999, 4-day in March 2000, and 7-day in January 2002, but they were all aboard the Disney Magic. We're looking forward to being on her sister ship, the Disney Wonder!

It looks like our cruise has been fully booked. I just tried to check the prices and it wouldn't let me look at anything with one or two children between the ages of 3 and 12. When I tried with just two adults, it looked like it was going to display the available cabins and then said 'oops, this date is no longer available'.

I reported this on another thread, but my TA called and said my cruise docs are in and I can come in and verify them and pick them up anytime now. I'm going to get them on Tuesday.

It's getting closer now!

guess i will break down and bug my TA today and see if ours have come in. YIPPEE!!!

Guess who was just here? The Fed-Ex man with cruise docs in hand! Funny thing - I was on the phone with Disney purchasing tix to MNSSHP for 10-11-02 when the doorbell rang and the docs were delivered.

I told the girl on the phone - it's a Disney day!!

For those of you who got your docs, who is your travel agent? I went through travelocity and still haven't gotten my excursion info! I called about it and was told that they THOUGHT that Disney does their excursion booking online plus on the ship. Are they ever wrong, or what???

Yippee Skippee, I got a call from my TA (AAA) late this afternoon and my documents are in. Guess where i will be going in the morning?

Ours came today too:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

What deck is everyone on? We are on deck 5 this time.

We booked direct through Disney this time.

we are in room 8000, which i think is on deck 8. We are the last room forward before the bridge, and i believe we are under the spa...

We booked directly through Disney ($99 cruise).

We're in 7623, just a few doors down from secret deck 7!!!;)

We have two cabins on deck 6.

We picked up the Docs from the TA at the AAA South office.

I read through them and everything seems in order. We have the two cabins we were supposed to have, we have the Main Seating for dinner.

I also checked to make sure that I have the 'AAA Diamond' page in the documents so that I can get the refillable mugs and the other discount benefits without additional hassle. On other DCL cruises, the page was missing and I had to make phone calls and go to two different locations before they would give me the mugs.

Soon I'll be seeing the sunset and then the moon over the harbor at Nassau! :teeth:

We are on deck 7 in a Navigator's Verandah. Just me and dh! I can't wait!!!!
