ImagineMeDisney,
please PM or mail me your info sometime tonight. We'll be attending a party tomorrow and will be incommunicado from about 11am EST, but I will have time to update The List and to mail it between our morning work-out and the party.

Happy Belated Birthday Melody!

Finally got home from work at about 9pm. I'm hoping that tonight was the last night (at least for a while) that I'll have to stay that late. Just don't want to get really behind and next week will be busy.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Fiona

Folks,
List #15 is in your mailboxes - Check it out.

From next edition on I'll have to send it in two portions:
Yahoo refused to accept my mail due to 'Too many addresses in the to or cc field'.
Let's hope that at least the ship is big enough for us :rotfl2:

For this time I simply deleted my office-address, but I'll have to split our group in two and send two mails next time.

Thanks Eric for all your work on this! Also thanks for adding my BD. Very large group, I can't wait to meet you all!

Robin

WOW!! It's not even close to 100 here in FL. We're hovering around the low 90s, but that's our normal summertime pattern.

50% chance of rain, high in the low 90s

I agree!! My birthday is the 29th!

Forget it: October rules!!!!

Weather over here isn't very good: We were at an outdoor party last night and around midnight temperatur was as low as 10°C/50°F. Fortunately we had a tentlike pavillon and so it was OK. Nevertheless we switched on our heated seats on the way home. Daytime temps were around 20°C/68°F. Same for today, but with blue skies rigt now.
Nevertheless I hope for some rain around 2pm and 60 miles south: The Formula One Grand Prix of Germany is taking place today at Hockenheim Circuit today. Rainy weather would be the only chance for Michael Schumacher to win that race as his Ferrari sucks on a dry track. We'll be watching the race once more on the treadmill running. Fortunately Hockenheim is a very fast race and so we'll only have to run 9 to 10 miles to see the whole race :p

We're back from the gyn: Schumacher finished fifth and I did 9.5 miles in 1:45h. Now we're watching the finale of Tour de France, where Lance Armstrong is on his way to his well-deserved seventh title.
Unfortunately it was raining earlier that day in Paris, which makes the cobblestone-covered streets there very slippery.

Lance free wheeled across the finish line :cool1:

Hope that everyone is having a good weekend. Mike

It wasn't a problem for him, because they stopped the clock before the riders reached Paris as the race director deemed the wet cobblestone surface to dangerous for a real race. So he already had won.
It will be different without him next yar :sad1:

Ooops,
bad typo: M and N are adjacent on the keyboard :faint:
But that reminds me if that one:
Guy comes to a gyn and says 'Doc, I've got a problem'
The gyn say 'Then you better see your doc!'
Guy 'You gave my wife an IUD'
Doc 'Yes, so what?'
The guy let's down his pants and says 'Could you please remove it!' :teeth:

We have 100 here too: 50 in the morning and another 50 in the afternoon :cold:

I just want to thank everyone for giving me such a warm welcome into your group. DH and I are very excited to be sailing again, and I'm looking forward to meeting some of you-not sure there will be enough time to meet everyone!!

Viking- thanks for the background info on cruisetoberfest, and for the list. we will hopefully have our cabin information by the end of next week, I know we're somewhere on deck 7 but that's all i know right now. it's a long story...anyway, we'll also have late seating.

I have a few questions now..
does anyone know what kind of shore excursions will be offered on costa maya? I couldn't find any on the DCL website..

Also, DH really really wants to go fishing..has anyone done this excursion? is it worth it? is it even offered anymore?

Last one--what kind of stage shows are offered on the 7night? On our honeymoon it was golden mickeys, hercules, and disney dreams...someone PLEASE tell me they're still doing disney dreams...!!

Thanks for all the info! :jumping1:
