OMG, just an AWFUL week after 2 weeks of losing 6.5 pounds, have are horribly because of a weekend trip and a few birthdays.. The absolute best I see happpening is only gaining a pound or 2...

I had a GREAT week, walked a total of 59 miles, avg of 1437 calories and lost 4.5 pounds, down to 209.5.. 4 weeks to lose 9.5!!!

Just eat right, you don't need these high cost plans.. I bought an Ipod Touch over Memorial Day weekend, downloaded a free application called "Lose It", it counts calories and calories burned thru excercise.. Since June 1, I have lost 32 pounds. (33 lbs to go!!!!)

There is a Fairfield Inn in Gainesville that opened up last year, was pretty nice with free internet and breakfast..
